I can’t use it anymore. Why? I have a I phone 6 and it worked just fine last month but not anymore! Are you in business with Apple trying to get people to buy more up to date phone for exhorbinant moneybeths mini golf

The App itself is great, but it glitches a lot. When a credit is pending, and you hit “send credit to meter”, it force closes and does it every time you keep retrying.Ktaylor1984
It’s ludicrous to be coerced to update you’re entire phone started just to use the app!
It’s ludicrous to be coerced Into having to update you’re entire phone system just to use the crappy app! Now I will definitely uninstall this entire useless app. Do not abide with this propaganda they all are in it. They just want your fingerprints and then they want your eye metrics. Now they will completely own your entire being now that we humbly give away our rights. This is insane. I should not have to update my ENTIRE PHONE In Order to have to update their crappy app, which actually we are giving them the rights and access to our personal account, information, pics, email, etc. I will just uninstall this app. We can just go back to the old fashion ways!Show lessbeautifulaz
SRP moving down the scale
The app seems useless now since you don’t get notifications on your account that you’re running low. You can’t make a payment without having your entire personal bank account exposed for their database use. You have to go to third resource to make a payment and provide all of your personal information plus pay a fee to get your electric back on. The demeaning misery of Advanced Purchase is a complete embarrassment of $7-12, advance it provides you; with only two Advanced Purchases for the Entire Month. Are they really that greedy? Yes they are. Also, SRP no longer gives you the commodity of paying at a nearby kiosk. They are all long gone. It is a complete nightmare trying to go pay at a Frys food store or Walgreens, you have to wait in line for the customer service, then you ask for an SRP payment then they give a piece of paper to fill out, be ready, it’s like you are applying for a job or credit card. They want all of your information! Make sure you have all of your account and address and personal details. This whole process is like going back to the 80s and 90s. Not only that but you also get the mean disturbing look from the person behind the counter. I swear this process needs to change it’s feels quite discriminatory, demeaning and racist for those that have limited ability and funding. All of this painful process just to get lights in your home? SRP really needs to step up their game in the technology and engineering department. Crashes on login
