Rating is app related not the product
Love Robeks shakes. No complaints there, but your new app is terrible. I am not sure why you made the update. You can’t make simple substitutions I.e sub almond milk for soy milk... you try to enter that change in the name section and then you get an “error validation” message. Simply adding a customization line where we can write what we want seems easy enough. Please address.

Amazing app!
Convenient, and easy! I absolutely love this app. I work in the emergency room and sometimes I get very short breaks and it’s so awesome to order online and your order is waiting for you!! And another favorite of my is I get to heart my favorite orders and re-order at any time. Thx Robeks

If you guys are looking for natural and super healthy then Robeks is the place to be! Most of their ingredients are vegan and everything is organic and natural! My all time favorite is the lean green smoothie. It really helps burn that nasty stubborn stomach fat! I use it every time I workout! They also have smoothie bowls and shots like the lemon ginger shot with some Cayanne pepper it’s really great for colds! Anyway give it a try and check them out! Great all around.
I believe the app is simple and user friendly. Also the staff is very fast and nice. The products all taste great along with making you feel better. They do things right from start to finish. Happy I discovered this place two years ago.
Easy to use
Easy to modify standard menu items—adding flax or removing agave. Charges right from credit card not requiring you to keep extra money in a holding account. Easy to apply rewards. Easily save favorites.
App function is poor
Text is not clear on portions of the ordering, location, payment information. I am not able to save my gift card or credit card to my profile; says I’m a new user each time even thought my account is established. This makes ordering on the go not as easy since I have to input my info each time I order.

Easy peasy
There are a few more steps in ordering than other apps but it’s nothing you can’t handle. It’s an easy app and skipping the line on the way to work is always nice
Login broken
Ordering works fine, but cannot log in. Every time I try, for weeks now, on selecting ‘login’ all I get is a blank page no matter how long I wait. When I give up and hit ‘back’ I get a screen that says ‘login failed’.
So every order I make I have to re-enter all my CC details. Not fun in an app where I don’t have a physical keyboard.

Waste of time
I am so annoyed that I took an hour out of my day to work this app and still didn’t get my drink. I used my last couple of dollars to fill up this card, which I had to sign in to get to no less then 6 times in an hour and clear the privacy warning EVERY time. I realize this is the epitome of first world problems, but I am on a high protein liquid diet for the past six months bc of medical conditions and when I arrived to the store for help, the only person in the store did not speak English and could not help me. So I wasted my last couple of dollars and had no lunch to show for it. I have a masters degree. Not in apps obviously, but it should not be this complicated. Sign in ONCE EVER, that sign in should also include registration and then your money should be right there, after you order! Going back and forth between app and internet is too much! Now the Starbucks app... that app is so extremely user friend and this one is way too many steps! too bad I can’t get protein at Starbucks or I would never try this app again :( keep it simple!!!!

App never worked
App wouldn’t take my Amex Card. Kept coming up as declined. Store said lots of other customers had same problem. Bought a Robeks gift card. Tried to use that to pay. Order then failed for other reasons and told me to call store with my order. Manager of the store just gave me the discount when I ordered live. I’ve deleted the app. Not worth the time and aggravation.
