So far so good!!! I haven’t had any issues with Robek’s app... I really like it!! The fact that I can save my favourite drinks to reorder again is great... Plus being able to order ahead and not have to wait when you pick up.. I would totally recommend getting this app... 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Taking care or your people
So the app functions fine enough. I can order a smoothie and then pick it up. That’s great. What I cannot do is include a tip / gratuity for the hard workers who put together my order. Even where I can input the amount to charge, I cannot include a value higher than what my order costs.
In today’s COVID times when so many are working hard to provide quality, contactless service....how about you find a way to incorporate optional gratuity for your employees?

Close but not there yet
App keeps asking me to change the location permissions from “while using” to “always”...a smoothie shop doesn’t need to know where I always am
The app says I need to write down and remember my 12 digit account number, but should say that I just need to use my phone number, my shop didn’t even know how to use the 12 digit number

Amazing
The Robeks near my house always has my order ready on time or even before the time its set for (sometimes I get there early). I love the customizable smoothies and the app is really intuitive!
Can’t use money loaded in card
I loaded the card in the app with $20 but when I order there’s no way to pay with that money. The app automatically charges my order to the saved credit card in my profile. I have tried to use the card # as a gift card in the gift card field and nothing!, it says that number is not a valid gift card. How in the world do I use that money in the loaded card? I have asked the Robeks store staff and they don’t even know how I can use the loaded card. They keep saying the $20 don’t show in their system but it clearly shows in my phone app that I have that card loaded with $20. Frustrating!

Have been using this faculty for years and always receive awesome service. Whether in person order or by the app I receive excellent service every time. During this new normal everything runs as usual, it’s like clockwork❤️❤️❤️, thank you !!!
Difficult to navigate
My card on file was declined for whatever reason. I put a new card in, chose it, and went to order. The app didn’t clear out the money being applied to the first card so it keep having an error processing my order. I had to stop and clear out the amount manually from the original card and reset the order. Let’s be real, small print is not easy to read while driving and who doesn’t do that? Why it didn’t just reset the balance to zero after it rejected the card?

Love having this place so close to home
I may not get here as much as I would like to but the owners are amazing and so is everything you can order (as long as it’s to your taste - everything here isn’t for everyone) my favorite is the nuts about protein and the nutty açaí bowl!
Could be easier
There should be a saved payment or way to simply reload a card. Super inconvenient to have to always enter payment every-time. Also the pictures could be better. I also can’t see where I collect points. I do like the ease and convenience of using apps to order and save time.
App has a bug
The option to save credit card info is a good idea. It’s annoying that it doesn’t work: I still have to type it in every time I order. It might be better to just remove this option rather than getting my hopes up.
