Danbury Connecticut Roebeks is amazing, the staff is always on point and very pleasant, everything is always perfectly clean and fresh. The only thing that bothers me
is when I buy a large drink I get extra fruit and extra frozen yogurt I’m told I can’t have the extra in another cup, which doesn’t make sense to me because I’m paying for the extra, and I would understand that rule if it were the associates that we’re making a mistake by putting too much product in but it’s not, it’s actually paid for 🤷🏼♀️.

Horrible
Besides crashing on me twice, The ap claimed it issued me a $3 reward for migrating my rewards account and when I tried to order through the ap it gave me an oops this reward is not redeemable error message. So i decided to just drive to the store and when I arrived the rewards was no where to be found! This was all within 1 hours time. Awful.

BEST SMOOTIE EVER
Real fruit. Your choice of many different options. They even have different types of bowls and toast. All yummy. I would DEFINITELY recommend this establishment. Also the restaurant is VERY clean.
Stow Robeks amazing
This is the best Robeks anywhere around. Ann and her staff are amazing. I’m here everyday and can’t say enough about the store. If you want something for your morning routine make this your stop
Great update
Love the new update to the app! I needed a mid day pick me up and went to the Robek’s app to order. The new app makes it so much easier to navigate and order what I need. Will definitely be coming back to use the app soon.
Malfunctions in the apps payment feature
When saving a credit card you can never use it for the next purchase. It always reads as an error and then you have to quit the app and start over again. It’s extremely frustrating.

Great for one store at a time
This app is really good but it feels like there are too many screens when checking out. Also, the credit card info gets dropped if you order from a different location.
App made 4+ years ago? It’s the worst
The app looks and feel like it was made 10+ years ago and I feel like that’s being generous. It logs you out constantly so I usually just check out as guest. When ordering the interface is not very intuitive. I don’t know what it looks like on the restaurants side but the way it has you order I worry they may accidentally add ingredients I’m allergic to because it’s not very obvious and confusing when you customize. Will I use it all the time because it’s on the first floor of the building I live in? Sure. Am I angry every time I use it? Yes.

Horrible horrible customer service
I ordered online at 12:55 and showed up 30 minutes later, my drink still was not ready. There were 12 people in front of me and the two ladies in the store fix the orders as though I walked in behind 12 people. I could not stay to wait for her to complete my entire order because I ordered ahead so that I could make a meeting on time. So I just left with one drink leaving the other behind. Never, never will see my business again. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The new app is awesome and I love how it works. I can easily navigate through it and order my items for delivery, in store pick up, or curb side! Great job!
