Horrible!!!!!
I will NEVER use the horrible app anymore! I can’t get login. I tried to reset my password but somehow something shows weird. I can’t type my new password. I don’t recommend anyone to use this horrible app on the smartphone (especially iPhone).

Can’t pay with app
None of the locations in my area have scanners so you are unable to pay with the app. Why have that feature in the app if it is unusable!? What point is having an app!?Lynn H1965

I downloaded this app because on one of the advertisements they promised fun app games, to my complete utter shock and disappointment they were none. Unless there i a maze to get to them. What I’m I to you a mouse in your little world, a world of frozen yogurt and smile rewards. I’m I just a rat you expect me to figure out your secret to the fun games. I WANT THE FUN GAMES!!
Okay this is Daniel the 95th review. I was so bored while eating my ice cream and I saw that there were fun app games so I dowlad the app but there were no fun app games. Another thing was that there was not enough ice cream for me to eat. They should’ve made more for me to eat. I as the best ice cream eater is dissatisfied. Please do better now. And there were crusty kids screaming all inside the place

The app fails to allow keyboard data entry and gave me a headache to just get a password typed in. Required fields but say leave it blank, I already want to give up. Seems like a good way for them to not allow customers to use their reward points.Drinker11sisu

These bozos actually want their customers to set up an account and pre-pay for future ice cream to be purchased from their establishments. Essentially, this is an interest free loan being made to Menchie’s. Accordingly, I removed this app from my phone.Woodrow1

You can still earn Smiles by scanning the mySmileage QR code in the app and paying as you normally would at the store. This app is either suspicious or unprofessional. Verified my phone number while creating an account, moved on the next page and got an error “phone number not recognized, try email or rewards number” as if I was logging in. Then they have a section where you can view ads in exchange for a 30 cent gift card which I’ve never seen except on crappy game apps that try to download stuff to your device. Then I got an automated welcome email with no pictures, just errors. Anyway, this app is not worth the risk of downloading.Show lessA5623
