Won’t load
The app won’t load. I’ve tried to login to my account multiple times (even uninstalling and reinstalling the app) and it just has the loading symbol over and over again. I’m glad they finally got an app. I just wish it worked.BritFranz88
Too slow
This is too slow. It took me almost all evening to sign into the app. There is a little scanner inside the app but if it takes this long to log in I’m not going to use that in line when I could just give my phone number. I think this is a great concept but right now I’d rather just bookmark the webpage to see my smile points instead of the app.
If it was faster, I’d use the app hands down.Show lessMKS2018
Slow
It takes so long to get through something like sign in or change something in the account like paymentslaysave
Just like my Starbucks app
I love this new app. It’s like my often used SBUX app. It shows how many smiles I have and how much Menchie’s money I have as well. It allows me to use a barcode instead of telling everyone at the store my phone number. I can also add money to the app so that I never have to take out my credit card.
I can also order frozen yogurt cakes through the app!!! Their cakes are so good!!! I believe not all locations have the online cake ordering service available but the stores closest to me do and I can’t wait to order for my next celebration.Show lesscheapa55
Can’t even log on AND...
It takes FOREVER just to open the app! When it does finally open and you enter info to log in, it takes so long that more often than not it times out and so I can’t even log in! It really really needs some work!Bssose
Does not work
If it doesn’t time out when I open the app, it times out on the login page. I was not able to get any of the other functions to load. In fact, the website would not load either at the time.pdxman
Too glitchy
I can’t log in or do anything because it just gets stuck in a loading loop. I couldn’t even open the app at first. After closing it out and trying again a million times I finally got to the login screen and now that’s a loading loop tooBlissfullyDelirious
Extremely Slow
The app is very slow whenever I try to create a new account or Log in. Even when I try to retrieve my password, the website to retrieve the password doesn’t work. If they improved the speed of the app and the minor issues with logging in or creating an account, I would be happy to use this app.HeyValHere
Amazing!!!
This app has it all to make me smile! Not only did I get free Menchie’s money just for downloading it, but then I could see everything about my local menchie and I was even able to order a froyo cake right from there for my son’s birthday!! 🥳😄👌🏻paris LA
