Pretty good
I’m a veggie grill cashier, and the app works pretty well! There was a recent update that was a little funky, though...the app now opens to the ordering page, which confuses a lot of guests (they have trouble finding the page to earn their points), and I sometimes have a difficult time helping them due to how they’re holding the phone, hearing difficulties, etc. This confusion can cause anxiety and frustration for the guests, particularly during busy hours. Having the app open to the rewards page makes for a more streamlined and pleasant in-store ordering process for the guests, so if there is to be another update, I would recommend having it open to the rewards page. :)

The app is great. The offers aren’t.
The app is easy to use and has a great aesthetic. Good work, developers! I’m here to whine about the expiring gifts/VG offers. I’m not wealthy enough nor am I close enough to eat at veggie grill as often as they presume. The offers all expire within a week or two. At the most, I could make it to Pasadena (if I planned it out in advance) once a month. I’d prefer that they don’t give me a birthday offer if it’s just going to expire. It feels like a waste. A birthday gift that expires? Lame. The offers remind me very quickly that they’re going to expire, as a ploy to rush me over to VG! Which is cool but, let’s imagine, I get hungry and think about eating at VG for lunch! I think... “well cool, I have that offer they sent... hey, babe are you hungry for VG? Yeah? Okay, well it’s gonna take about 25 minutes to get to the closest one, alright? No? You’d rather eat somewhere nearer to us? But I have a coupon for $5 off... $5 off of the usual $38 we spend there! Nah, let’s just go to One Veg World, it’s 5 minutes away and about the same price WITHOUT an offer...”
My point is, the expiring offers only serve to annoy me. Just let me keep them and use them when I can. The End😂 -PS, I love your food! It’s amazing!

Great app
Only thing I don’t like is that you can’t customize certain orders or write notes. For example I always order mondo nachos with buffalo crispy chicken and there’s no option for that .
Best Vegan Food
I go to veggie grill at list once or twice a week & I go to the one at farmers market locations best service & best food all the time of course the reward app works well too.

I absolutely love veggie grill! Just amazing, good food! the app is super easy to use I love it! BUT,
...BUT I would love for them to make a small change!! If they can allow the customer (myself) to add notes to my order. I like extra lettuce & tomato on my burger. I wish I could add this then I would have delivered to my house. But nope, I have to go pick it up myself. Other than this I think everything is great.

These People Must Be deficient because the APP is Easy to use and Works Perfectly Everytime.

Something amiss
I really like veggie grill but I got an email saying that I had to download the new app probably three times in the last six months. I know apps have to be updated but that seamless with all the others. Not sure why I have to keep dumping it in downloading a new one. Maybe you guys need better tech people.

Wasted hrs trying to place an order!
This app and the website are not ready for prime time! The app will not allow me to order the holiday dinner. It insists I choose a pick up time even though there is only one pick up time. When I try to choose 12/24, the only pick up time, it rolls the date back a week and won’t let me change it and also states that date is too early! I.e.: stuck!
The website wasn’t much better. It seems you have to choose a browser that works with it. Has difficulty getting beyond the credit card entry. Do I really want to enter my credit card in an app or site that has so many bugs....?! Info will probably get stolen. You lost my business. Poor coding skills here!

App doesn't work for adding points
App errors out everytime I try the add purchases either by scanning receipts or typing in the order number. I emailed their support email and never heard back. Don't expect to be able to add any purchases after the fact, it simply doesn't work and their customer support doesn't care.
Great food
Love the food. The service is great too, but I've never not had an issue with my order: the wait is longer than I was told on a phone/online order or I was missing an item.
