Never have gotten your apps to work consistently
Just reset my password. Then realized I had an old version. Then found the new app under a different name in the App Store. It didn’t accept my new password. Hit the reset again, and it’s been awhile and still haven’t gotten the recovery email. After just paying for food and not being able to use the credit that the old app showed I had, or being able to scan the new receipt for future credit, I’m disappointed by the overall experience. We like your food. Hope the tech catches up.

Friendliest staff ever
Staff are so friendly at Westgate location and food is awesome as usual. We come here at least 2 times a week. I just wish they add more entries for plates in their menu. :)
Simple and user-friendly!
I LOVE Veggie Grill and how easy the app makes it to place orders and find locations near you. I live in SoCal so there are many veggie grill locations around me, and whenever I open the app I can find the closest one to order from ahead of time.
The nutritional calculator also makes it easy to see the nutrition facts of each order, which I know some people might not enjoy or care about, but I appreciate being able to compare the nutritional breakdown of my options.
Also, $5 when you invite a friend to use the app is a win in my book! :)

Great and easy to use app
I think the app is super easy to use and I love the rewards system! I eat here pretty often but just started two months ago and have gotten two free meals due to my points!
Love it, but...,
App does what it’s supposed to except I don’t understand why there’s no way to pay with the app directly. Too many steps to order. Please add Apple Pay and I’ll change my review to five stars! ;)
Used it once, logged me out and unable to log back in.
I used it once, it logged me out and now I am unable to log back in. It says it’s unable to authorize my Facebook account and unable to recognize my other emails. When I try and make a new account it says I am unable to. Please help?
Unable to sign in
I don’t understand what I’m suppose to do. I recently bought a new iPhone and downloaded app again. As soon as I try to sign in and enter my email, there’s an alert saying “Error. This account has already migrated” and sends me back to sign in. Any help will be appreciated. Their food is very good but expensive so if I could get the app to work and retrieve my points and earn more that’d be greattttt.

Screen said order had been placed and online orders can’t be cancelled
I went to the veggie grill location and humiliated myself by insisting the order had gone through but due to a glitch it didn’t go through and when I checked the screen it wasn’t in my order history and there was no indication the order had been placed. It stressed me out, I was rude to the cashier and now I’m sitting in my car (bc it was humiliating) and I’m hungry. I know I placed the order bc they told me to go to my veggie grill location and that online orders can’t be cancelled. Omg fail! I can never show my face at this location thanks to the app.

Bring back the previous VG App!!!!
With the previous VG App I could order and redeem rewards for take out orders. The new App does not allow this. I do NOT like the new App. Because I have to order at the store to redeem rewards. This adds 15 minutes to the time to get my food if I want to redeem a reward. I also cannot pay with the new app if I do order at the store. Very inconvenient. But the food is usually great.

Better than old app!
On the old app I was forced to use my rewards on my next visit, no matter what. Now I’m able to save and use when I want like Starbucks.
I didn’t have any problems moving my points over from the old app.
