  • Deleting negative reviews

    this is such a poor quality security system that all the negative reviews get deleted. This will be my second review for the system and this app. it always experiences playback issues always says there's a connection error. Please try again. The cameras themselves to freeze, skip or just plain not work. another issue with the security system is when somebody or something walks into the field. That's when the system starts malfunctioning it freezes, and the person or object that walked into the field division of the cameras just disappears, and they got proof of this ring recorded the event while the system, ignored it and malfunctioned at the same time to it didn't record the intruder. This review will be screen captured and logged so in the event that they decided to delete this review again we have proof that you're deleting these reviews.

  • Off and on

    I get no notifications then all of a sudden I start getting them and now I don’t tour app has some bugs you guys gotta figure it out. That’s as of sept 15 2024
  • App has serious lag

    App will show footage from hours prior and not in real time. You have to refresh almost 10 times before it finally pulls live feed. The navigation between channels is so slow and you have to refresh on each channel that many times which overall none will ever show true live feed at once. It’s VERY frustrating to have paid so much for the system and to have it professionally installed only for it not to work at all. Our cheaper system and app worked much better and it was 12 years old. Crazy that technology is ever evolving and we are having these issues in 2024. The support articles do not provide solutions or support for the lag. Looking at recent reviews of the app several people are not satisfied. Something needs to be done to get this app to function better.

  • They don't listen to customers sugestions

    I'm giving this a new 2 star review because over the years I have suggested again and again that they need to add a single button on each camera view to trigger individual alarms and lights and yet no matter how many times they say it's a great idea and it should be done it never gets added. You also still can't double tap on individual cameras when playing them all live which I have also mentioned. This shows me they don't care and like having a bad app. The camera quality is great but they need serious work done on the app to make it faster. It freezes up on playback all the time and it takes forever to load the camera it alerts you that something is happening on so you end up missing whatever it is. Don't even get me started on their main NVR operating system and the god awful not user friendly mess that piece of garbage is. They need ton take a queue from Lorex. Zosi could easily dominate the market for budget systems if they just listened to customers. There is too much nessesary stuff in the app that just makes it confusing. Simplify it and add the features people actually need.

  • App is Bad, Real Bad

    The app for this system is very bad.
  • Not Supported in Windows

    I asked for support to fix the issue.. no body replied or answer.. just want to sell their product.. worst customer service..
  • Clunky and not up to standard

    Latest upgrade has made a bad app, worse! Now you can’t select a single screen to view from a multi screen. Very cumbersome app that requires loading up of the camera cluster and then reloading if you want to view an individual cam, why? It should already be loaded. Then if you want to rotate the screen you have to click a rotate button instead of simply rotating, then you have to click rotate off otherwise it freezes. This is simply not up to the standard of other camera brand apps, do some homework zosi! I wait everyday hoping for an update to the app!!
    Can’t wait to replace this system every update makes it worse

  • Version 3.3.8 has broken connectivity

    Latest version of the app on my iPhone will not connect to my system. Worked fine previously and still ok on my iPad
  • Cameras work well but the app has its issues

    I’ve had my cameras for about 6 months now and while the picture comes out very clear the main issues is the app on the phone and on my computer. The phone app messes up while trying to review footage every single time. And the app on my computer has the exact same issue. Now they have updated the app it seems within the last few days and now it’s even worse. If it doesn’t change soon I’ll have to replace all of them even after spending over 700$ just cause I can’t use them for what I need them for and that’s being able to rewind and look at specific times for my business.

  • Works yet more limited features since updates

    I’m using the latest app with latest iPhone and iOS, in the past the app would let me view all 4 cameras on my screen and choose a camera and enlarge that and choose hd so i could see camera footage clearly. Since the latest update though that’s gone i can no longer view just one camera let alone choose hd quality so im very limited to see anything as no one camera option now and i cannot zoom in.
    If i close the app try from main screen it lets you do it there yet it crashes the majority of the time on there.
    If it doesn’t update fixing this soon im tempted to go with another brand setup as its poor how it is now.
