App needs reworked
Love the cameras and quality, love that the app gives you feedback on motion. The only problem I have with the app though is that playback fails a-lot and need to be refreshed 1-3times before it actually works, also going back to playback i’ve notice it doesn’t record a-lot of things to be playback. Another things is going back to look at logs and such the times for realtime and camera time correspond to one another but doesn’t on the app it is a full day behind on the app, once the app gets reworked and fixed I will be glad to rewrite my review.Show lessLikcinballs
Complete failure
Simply does not connect to the camera. Previous versions worked fine but this on just gets to 84% and then says ‘failed’. No error trapping, no diagnostics, no support, no idea. Have offered to accept the return of the camera. That is all. Have tried on different routers, networks, switched of 5ghz. Tried about 1,000 times in various combo. Really annoying because first time I installed I had no issues. Asked for older version of software (the one that worked). Was told to just try again with a different camera. Same issue suggesting that it is a software problem. Renders the app (and camera) effectively useless.Show lessBen-oooooo
Works for the money
Picture quality is great and can make out faces at a distance. Problem is the motion detection zone doesn’t work as indicted. Alerts on the iPhone 11 used to work with just a piece of floating dust along with emails being sent out. However since daylight savings, neither my wife nor I get any alerts on our mobile devices. The box still beeps indicating an event which means our phones should also get the alert. Nope, nothing.Show lessSimmy1982
Need a better update for playbacks
Was way better before the latest updates a few weeks ago. Hard to play back through the time line - please look for a easier solution and make more user friendly like it was a few months ago...dabexg
Was great until the recent update
The security camera is great and images are really clear on the app, even on a night time. However the app seems to have had an update - I used to be able to open the app and see all of the camera images on the screen and then click on one of the cameras and swipe between them. However, now when I open it the app shows as device offline, when I click on it, I can view the footage from the cameras, but can’t swipe between each camera to view any footages and have to click back, then go onto whatever camera I want to view.
Please put it back to the way it was, before the update, where you could just swipe between the cameras to view the footage.
I will say that the new way to rewind and view motion detection is easier, so that is a great feature on the new update.Show lessWoooooooooop123
Great for the price
I bought the 2.4k or 5 MP system and have 7 of the 8 channels connected. System works flawlessly and the picture quality is perfect for what I need. I had to return one camera as it would not link up to the NVR and the only other complaint is that the app lags sometimes and will reset for no reason. For the price vs quality, I couldn’t have ask for better. If on a budget or just want something to give you vision while your away; I highly recommend this product!Show lessDJGll
Great value
Was a bit weird when looking at these but decided to give them a try been using them roughly 2 years now
Bit slow at loading sometimes but gets there in the end when trying to view on phone but highly recommendAdo mac
Brilliant cameras
These cameras are well worth the money and the money was well spent their images are crystal clear and in a more black-and-white is also crystal clear so I would highly recommend these easy install easy to connect you get masses amount of cabling your camera totally worth every single penny and would buy these again if I need to, I am thinking that I might have to get another camera for the back of the home has been disabled as much easier to check on my iPad to see what my dogs are doing and if anybody come to the front of the house I can see this too and also receive an alert simply brilliant, and it may take me some time to raise it a bit more money for the other camera that I may need.Show lessDavey ne

I couldn’t rate this more its clear and works perfectly every time it uploads everyday and it’s easy to use , they also have an app that is on point always also there customer support is brilliant I had an email back within 20 minutes to help me resolve the problem and they didn’t give up till the problem was solved totally recommend also this system is affordableShow lessmrs huish
Zosi camera system
App needs improving.
Computer software needs signature my computer was refusing to download. I had to force it. Sign on seems to not want to work all the time. Had it installed using splitter and HDMI extenders and cameras won’t show up on monitor when changing resolution on camera system logo shows up on monitor but cameras don’t. Also system has control options that don’t seem to even apply to system as there is no response when trying to adjust iris or focus. Also feed from cameras to other device seem to blur at night but when looked at on main connection not.Show lessDragonfly122877
