Average app, needs attention
you have to exit and reopen the camera every time to view it. Would save a lot of time if it just refreshed automatically when reopening the app. Had frozen a few times too. Would be handy to zoom also.MattyAustralia
Playback function not optimised
Liveview works well. 4K resolution seems to be too much for the playback function of the app. If you try to look at any of the past footage it keeps loading endlessly. Would be great if that gets fixed.NorthernBeachesLife

I have a competitor system for around fours years which was pretty good, but my new secondary budget system has surpassed all my expectations...
Very good priced as I just purchased a box only and it was up and running within minutes with my original cameras...

Works usually
A lot of times it works without issues, but sometimes it will just keep asking me to reconnect to the cameras because the connection is interrupted. This is weird because it will be working just fine on my iPhone/iPad when it says that on my laptop. I have to restart the app and it will work sometimes. It's strange they completely dropped support for any mac that doesn't have the Apple M1 Chip.Show lesshirenpatel199
Zosi security system
We have found the zosi system excellent to use I would recommend zosi to any onehot robbo
Buggy, but usable
There’s a lot of bugs in this app, but the most annoying ones come when you try to record and export a video or still image to your Camera Roll. The app gets into a near infinite loop, causing duplicate items to fill up your storage until force quitting the app. The aspect ratio of recorded videos is off as well - should be 16:9, but is closer to 4:3, making it difficult to ascertain certain details without post processing. An easy workaround is to use Screen Record, but this diminishes the quality to a degree.

Camera overall good
The set up is easy enough at first and the camera is good but the app is always disconnecting. I set it up it works fine for a few weeks then goes offline! The actual camera are still working just not connected to the app which is frustrating as it’s happens a dozen or more times over 2 years and it’s not rash to diagnose and reset up without emailing support which I don’t want to have to keep doing.Show lesswillbartrip
No problems
I bought wire cameras by mistake but I decided to use them anyway and not send them back beings that they was already here I am very surprised how well they work for the price they are I have 4 inside and 4 outside my only real issue is it takes a minute to load when looking on the app threw my phone I would like them to be a little faster but other than that great cameras for a very cheap priceShow lessAnnoyed with his app

Excellent picture quality day or night. Only complaint is looking back through video is a bit clunky and slow. Otherwise. Excellent.Greg Australia
