  • Not great

    The app needs a lot of work. Sometimes connects, sometimes doesn’t, constantly asks for the password. The previous version wasn’t great either but this one is worse, at least it used to work, albeit clumsy.
  • Fake Reviews

    This company would rather pay for fake reviews than actually upgrade their app. It works just well enough that it is manageable. I actually based my decision of what cameras I was going to buy off of the camera app reviews. This one had the best so I purchased it. Nope turns out the reviews are just fake and the geeni Walmart crappy cameras and app work better than this crap. They could’ve hired someone who speaks fluent English to review the text on the app to make sure things make sense, they didn’t. Just overall China laziness production. They do a good job of making it look a lot better than it is. Still not a bad system just misleading.

  • Stuck on loading

    Good app and easy to navigate. However, when loading and viewing the live image it’s stuck on loading or takes 5-20 seconds for it to load the image. Please fix this.
  • Cameras are amazing why have such a diabolical app ????

    Well the cameras are just amazing could not have asked for any more and was even more impressed that there was an app to go with them and free of charge….. however whats the point in providing something for free when it does not work????? The picture quality is great however when i have all 4 cameras on at the same its not live it sticks on a picture from 5 hrs ago and when you click on the camera you want to see it buffers for about 40 seconds how is this any good. I would rather pay a small fee like £1:99 a month and have something that actually works. Its such a shame because the cameras pice and quality are fantastic. I would give 5* and i have given the cameras 5* on ebay where I purchased them from unfortunately the app gets a 1 and thats 1 too many.

  • Doesn’t work anymore

    The old app worked perfect never a problem since the update that’s all I have is problems. Wish there was a phone number to talk to someone instead of email. It says I have motion notifications I click on them open the app and it want load anything at all. I will repost this since it seems like y’all took it down. This new app update is garbage doesn’t work any more like it should I love the notifications that way I don’t have to watch it 24/7 now I guess I need to. I have reached out to customer service and still can’t get it fixed wish they had a phone number instead of emailing where you never get a response

  • Love the picture quality, but the app needs work

    The app takes a while to connect to the feed for me. Not sure if this is a problem with the camera or the app… but the camera has a beautiful picture it just takes forever to get the live feed and play back on the app. Like if someone’s breaking into my house they’re not gonna wait for me to get the notification 😂

  • App doesn’t work. Like at all.

    Cannot register a new account, when selecting a region nothing shows up. Eventually it just opens up an account named “admin” but I need to set up an actual account. When I try to use a login with an account that I somehow managed to register about a week ago, the login doesn’t work (just spins the loading icon and then nothing happens, doesn’t tell me the password is incorrect), and when I try to reset the password an email never shows up. Please fix all of these bugs, I saw that the latest update was 2 weeks ago but clearly it doesn’t work. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we paid for the camera system.

  • I’ve had this for over a year

    It’s a great camera system and I’ve gone through a few updates and design changes from the start and can say they are making tons of improvements BUT one thing they need to change is setting the cameras to HD I can do it manually but as soon as I leave the camera it goes back to SD I don’t mind it being a little laggy as long as I can see someone’s face and I wish they would fix that

  • Decent, nut needs work

    Need rotate function, sometimes seeing 4 cameras en horizontal would be much better. Specially on the iPad, which almost always is being used horizontally. The new UI is a bit better than the last. The biggest issue is that opening the app doesn’t go straight to the video feeds. I need to click on on one, or all, and it takes too long to load (worst if one has bad internet). Should have a function to be able to pick at least four cameras to be able to load and view just opening the app.

  • Web site or app

    My only problem is connecting with ZosiSmart . Sometimes it goes straight through when on the road and other times you have to attempt 5,6,7 times before it links up. I would blame it on my phone but I’m running an up to date apple 8; so phones not the issue. If they tweaked the system a touch or two I would recommend it to anyone for home or business use.I bought my system to keep an eye on my mother whom has Alzheimer’s and or dementia and a history of falling. As she is 86 it kinda racks my nerves worrying about her as I’m trying to link up but once linked up the picture quality is great and I can see what I need to see to stop me from worrying and have a few minutes to myself to clear my mind. Other than the sign on or linking up problem I think it’s a totally awesome system.
