The app is total garbage
There is no way that this app has legitimately earned 4.4 stars. I have an 8-camera system. The app defaults to 4, so I have to tell it to show all 8 every time. It also says that I have a “password erro” (I assume that’s supposed to be “error”) every time I do literally anything and I have to re-enter my password every time. The first 4 cameras might show the live feed for a few seconds before freezing up. The other 4 don’t do anything unless I tap on them individually to go to a larger view. Again. This app is 100% garbage and any review saying otherwise is obviously from a fake/paid user.Show lessNytsud777
More control
Wish on the app there was a bit more control of the system, also could make the camera view full screen (bigger then just a thumbnail view), kind of a little hard to see. Wish the cameras had a little wider angle. And be nice if the spotlights did have to be on constantly when in night time color mode. Worst thing I have ever bought!
The App is just crap. Keeps asking for password until finally decides to login in the cameras. Don’t even think about going and rewinding the footages in the App(just the most important thing in a system like this) because is most of the time impossible to do it and if by any chance you are able to do it you need to work out the times showing in the App because they do not correspond to the actually time of the footage recorded. Thanks you very much for making me waste a lot of money and time. Oh…and is so nice to login and having the App asking for a review every single time and then when you try to give it it’s worth…. 1 🌟it just cuts you off…such a nice touch👌!?!?Show lessMr. Tiago Galvão
The app
It’s running some what well. I get notifications and when I try to open them. Nothing it’s stays loaded. At time what ever camera you are looking at in full screen will do this all grey screen and come back to the picture. But I must say it’s super easy to operate and the view is perfect when it’s working correctly.Show lessMaster 305

This is a powerful app if you know how to set up and use the software. I had a previous system and software and was a little stubborn about learning it on my own. Once I started to review the software videos I learned what I was doing right and wrong. Very happy
I am very happy with these cameras. Great picture and signal range. I have had it hooked up for over a year now with no issues. Farthest camera from NVR is appx 50 feet going through 4 walls and I get great reception. Only 2 issues: I wish that the view from the cameras was a little bit wider, and when the system resets due to power outage, the beep it makes is so loud that it will startle you out of your sleep. Other than those issues, set up was flawless, I haven’t had them disconnect on me, the app works flawlessly every time. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. I have the 8 channel NVR and am going to add 4 more cameras as soon as I am able to order them. Again, great system and extremely happy with it.Show lessGoony77
Good system ,may be improved with variable play back speed
The system overall is good. Will be better if play back speed can be changed, fast forward and rewind.Baroil
Every week new flaws
It’s been 4 months with this system and at the beginning everything was working great. After many updates the app slowly started failing. It seems like every week there’s a new flaw and it’s frustrating. I use to be able to playback full weeks and now it only playbacks 10 minutes. I was able to see all cameras now I can only see 2. If we paid that much for a system then it should be improving not failing. Fix those issues asap :/Show lessawesome and cute charaters
It’s ok
While using mobile app, after so many minutes, when you view live video you have to refresh the screen, instead of the video already showing. Also, all cameras do not show unless you click on a camera and take a quick pic or video, go back and then the other cameras will appear at once. Other than that, the mobile app is ok. Oh yea, one more thing. I had to turn off my notifications because it’s too sensitive. The mobile app has no setting to adjust to receive fewer notifications. I live off a busy street and every time a vehicle passes, I will get a notification. That was annoying.Show lessRamyah's
App needs a little work
Switched from a Swann system which has a much better app. When you start the ZosiSmart app it brings up an old picture of all the cameras and pulling down a refresh goes nothing, super annoying. When the app opens it should bring up an immediate live picture not a two week old still shot from the day we installed the camera. The cameras themselves are a much better system than our old one.
