Not the most user friendly or easiest to set up.
Got these cams to run off WiFi but when I go to the set up for WiFi it won’t allow me to even do it. I ended up just buying net cables to run to the cameras for now and the pic is super clear that way. But cost us extra cash to do it this way and they r far from wireless now. This totally defeated the purpose for buying (wireless) cameras. I’d of def bought diff cameras had I known these would be such a pain in the a!!! That is all:Show lessWplocal
Good system for the money!
I have the 8 camera system, 7 work perfectly,1 has a very slight flutter. In fairness, the camera cable may have been slightly damaged during installation. My 3 issues with the system is the app is very slow to update to real time, the camera cables are not up protected, so you must run them though conduit where they are exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, I want to add an 2 way intercom. I e-mailed the company regarding this but never received a response. Conversely, when I was setting the system up, I had a difficult time understanding the instructions provided with the system, so I emailed the company and received clear instructions very expeditiously! Very fast and answered all my installation questions! I don’t know why I never heard from them concerning the intercom! All in all, I’m happy with the purchase! I’ve had it up and running for 3 months, and have had no issues!Show lessscooter1062

Bought from geek and it was delivered within a few days. Very simple to install and was very easy to configure to work on my iPhone
I can now watch what is going on with the security cameras which ping me with an alert as soon as they pick up any movement

So many issues
This app have alot of glitches. It will move the time back and forth by itself so I have to keep resetting it. Both of my cameras always show offline until I click on the image and then they show the live view. I still haven’t managed to record anything as it says no video files or when there is a video file it starts processing it and then says no video file. No idea how this got the 5 star rating from someone as I’ve seen so many similar complaints about this app when looking to problem solve on the internet. Very cheap and still overpriced.
Having been installing and servicing video systems for over 40 years, i can say without hesitation that this is the weakest, most poorly designed system I have ever encountered. The analog cameras are adequate. The switcher is no better
than any system from the 1980s. The IP portion of the system is under designed. The instructions are almost useless. The phone and iPad viewing is decent, but the computer remote access software is the worst I have ever seen. Very inexpensive, but only worth the price as a local system. Count on this system being useful if you just want to view the cameras on your phone or use it on site.Show lessweakest system ever
TERRIBLE .
Recently bought a set of zosi cameras. Cameras are ok decent quality enough to see what i need. But I will be return it because either the cameras are bad ( cable) or this app does not let me replay back the video. This app have alot of glitches when replaying back. It will move the time back and forth by it self with out touching. Almost every time it said replay fail and i have to close the app multiple time until it decided to replay. The watching the video live is slow, very slow to play the video, it takes it time to load. NEEDS UPDATE ASAP.Show lessJuan_0803
Login issues -
My system kept trying to reset itself. Finally was able to log back in and my cameras came up on my phone and then 5 minutes later my phone app stopped working entirely. I tried to log back in and it won’t do anything. I deleted and reopened the app and still nothing. I’ve had the system for two years and it had been nothing but problems. For a year it would only allow me to look at one camera. I saw other people having and logging issues, so keeps hoping you would improve the app. Now since I can’t log in at all I felt the need to post my own review. What are you doing about these issues??Show lesstiggerld66

After these reviews I have to admit I was concerned. I had just bought this system. I found the root issue was that the system tries to be too smart on dns assignment during the initial set up. I was able to get up and running quickly by simply selecting obtain connection settings automatically in the network configuration menu. Once that test is successful, I was able to connect without issue. The system does not help or guide you through this process.Show lessmahwill29
