I have bought one of the best cctv in Uk , brand hikvision cctv 5 MP , I had to return it!!!! the images is awful, not even close as ZOSI cameras, and I can’t compare as 2 MP , the quality of images are brilliant, munch better than other concurrence, really recommended and so affordable too !!!P Nogueira
Easy to install, easy to use.
After installing my first system in my home, I knew that the system would be great at my Self service Storage business. When I ordered the system for my home, I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. Great quality at a great price. I had a background in Casino Management and was used to playing more for a camera, then was able to get a complete for. Surprisingly works well
Using for my ZOSI CCTV system and is surprisingly functional and stable in comparison to the previous brands I had prior which are no broken. App is really easy to us and the UI is simple and easy to navigate. I particularly like the playback mode because it’s so easy to scroll through the timestamps and there are little green markers indicating the moments when the camera has detected movement. Very little to fault with how affordable the system was, only issue I can think of is there’s no way to stream all 8 live views at once (probably because of bandwidth limits) - you must click into each camera for it to refresh and start showing you real time.Show lessJem 71539

Absolutely stunning camera set up for be had lots off cctv set ups and this is genuinely the best by far would 100 percent recommend this system and not one issue with it straight forward to my phone and picture quality is perfect thank you so much !!!marchord
Great features works well
Purchased a new ZosiSmart system as my old Uniden Gardian box died. Wow the app is amazing, intuitive and responsive. There is a bug with the time being an hour out from what’s captured on the camera and baked into the footage as to what’s see in the app. App was a little over zealous sending notifications of movement even when the system is set to low detection so notifications have been turned off. Timelines show changes in the frame so you can quickly scroll to the footage. Colour of the timeline should have more contrast to identify easily but this is asthetics not function and could be changed in an update. Small issues so only ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Show lessPotatomouse

I use the system to watch over a business, everything works good, I have a few suggestions - alert sensitivity setting does not seem to work well, whether on low or high I get the same amount of notifications, it would be nice to improve this. And lastly I would like the ability to configure notifications for each camera separately, like I want to receive notifications from one channel but not the other.Show lessWisletMichel

App is glitchy
We’ve had these cameras for about 5 years now, and the app never works right. For over a year, every time I want to see one of the cameras, I have to re-enter the password. Like, I can’t even switch from one camera view to the next and back again without entering it twice. If I want to look at all 8 cameras instead of just 4, I have to view one camera by entering the password, go back to the main view, hope that all 8 start working, and then enter in the password again for the one I want to see. Thus far no problems! The live view works well and has audio. Watching on your mobile device is a bit slow in rendering so it does take time to watch. No fees at all so that’s a bonus! Kinda wondering if they mine your video for meta data due to it being free. Sometimes the kids run out of the shower and worried if the company can secretly see our footage.Show lessLuu nghia
