  • Straight Garbage

    I have this system less than 2 yrs and only 2 cams out of 8 work, that is, if the crappy app lets them connect. I have to constantly reboot system and/or app to get them to work. It worked fine 2 yrs ago, so these updates are carelessly updated, without properly being tested on existing older systems. Roll out the updates, to corresponding hardware, not a blanket update that screws up all others. Todays society is the laziest of lazy. If their was a real brand or company that lived by great standards, we the consumer will be happy. In turn, recommend and continue to buy a great product, you the company would be successful and rich. Those standards are obsolete in today’s age and don’t get me started in Customer Service!!

  • ZosiSmart app

    The support person named Jar is great support, he is patient, happily resets your password on the app for you, and he does it as soon as he is there, although he seems like he is always working to me, day or night here in Canada.

    The app is a huge problem, it doesn’t accept the admin password, so you get locked out then you have to contact support, so thankfully Jar is there to help, however is should accept the admin password for the whole system, that is the part that drives me crazy, the system is not set up properly.

    Thank you Jar, thank goodness you are there for me.

    Sometime it work but almost all the time it dosent. Its laggy and have a lot of bug

    The system is great, but you cannot set up individual cameras to alarm so it’s all or nothing. Everything else I like about the system
  • Plan wiring

    Took time to plan wiring, but generous length of leads made all possible, except one where I will need an extension to the garage, which in my house is at bottom of the garden.
    Very good picture quality. One camera overlooks a neighbour, so I asked her if she minded, but she was delighted, as she felt the security just could be a benefit in future.

  • For the price and quality GREAT

    Only thing is being that it’s a wired system and it’s 1080 pixel which is very very detailed and good, when you zoom in it gets hard to see from a far away point, but you can see the whole bottom of my block and the whole top of my block clearly. I have 2 outfront one 2 in the side and one in back,Doesn’t have the option to hear anything, and it does have infrared and LED works good at night!!!But sometimes it loading,And you want to see it right away by turning your phone off anon yeah it only takes a minute two, yes it has motion sensor and has the option to either let them come through or not, Anything sets it off the alerts I mean

  • Problem with sad card replays

    Since last update playing the recording back is not working properly. Will play but won’t skip to next detection. Even on search the recording can not be viewed even though it’s showing as recorded…?
    Overall the system works well but a high speed internet connection is vital to view remotely.
