  • Inconvenient

    I don’t like this app at all, so far. It’s just a scaled down version of the web site, with impossibly hard to read tiny fonts. The layout is not convenient at all, and they just take forever to load. Whenever you click “close” to go back to a previous screen,It takes you all the way back to the beginning, and you have to click through four or five screens again to get back to where you left off. It’s essentially the website in miniature, with no added benefit except for fingerprint login.

  • Good when it works but it hasn’t been working

    When it works it’s very helpful but the app has not been working properly since the last iPhone update. I think they need to work out some glitches because it works fine on a computer .
  • Disappointed in payment bugs

    As a first time telehealth user, I was very disappointed in the bugs in this app. It took me 30mins to enter my payment details for a telehealth visit. The credit card number scanner didn’t consistently work. When it asked me for my name on the billing page, it gave me a number keyboard instead of letters. I had to paste my name in from another app. When I manually entered the numbers and verified them three times to ensure they were right, it gave me an error that my credit card couldn’t be processed. I tried a second credit card and got the same error. I left very frustrated and unable to get the care I needed.

  • Broken app

    This app shouldn’t even be approved on the App Store it’s so bad. Half of the stuff on the app just gives you an error and tells you to contact support. The Find a provider section doesn’t even allow you to click the bar to enter your address. Most of the time the chat functions give you an error and force you to call customer support even though they claim 24/7 availability.

    If it were up to me I would have this app removed from the App Store until they get it together. Just save yourself the frustration and use the website.

  • Terrible

    I used to be able to log into this app perfectly fine until about a month ago. Now, I cannot sign in with a new password with an old password -absolutely nothing! I’ve gone through all of the reviews and I’ve tried not using my Face ID and that doesn’t help. I have change my password that didn’t help. Nothing. Helps. Before, this app was amazing!! I would always find doctors, rundown of my bill- everything!! please go back to the old version?

  • Signing issues

    The app when it is not on ‘maintenance’ (which is often the case) doesn’t recognize the password (let alone face recognition) and after a few attempts it locks you out so you have to call to unlock. Also, for some reason the password is not saved in my iPhone so I have to enter it each time.

    Once you are in, the app seems to work fine but access to your account should not be so difficult

  • TeleMed issues

    Overall the app is good. However it was unusable for telemed. It asks you to scan your credit card with the camera, but would not read two different cards. You can enter manually, but when you attempt to enter your name, you can only use a number pad. I had to use a computer instead since I couldn’t complete the billing.

  • Have to keep logging in

    I used to love the app but the recent updates make it really annoying having to keep singing back in after looking at something I can’t freely look at the app without being kicked out the whole app and start the whole sign in process and it won’t accept my phone number

    Dr Babar was very knowledgeable and efficient with my visit. When we lost video, he called my cell phone and saved me the time and worry of going through the process again.
  • Awesome app! I’d just change one thing

    I love the hospital/doctor finder on the app! My only request is to be able to see the doctor’s rating instead of having to switch back and forth from google to see rating and reviews.
    I also love the explanation of benefits on the app.
