Super helpful but with potential for enhancement
Love this app as a quick reference - Iβve already started to nail down how to adjust my diet to avoid triggering my stomach issues.
There are a couple of potential enhancements I can think of that would merit this 5-stars though. First, I wish there were more ingredients listed since sometimes I want to look up something I see on a label, but 90% of the time the app has what Iβm looking for. Second, I wish I could tag a food/ingredient into a βgoodβ and βbadβ bucket to help me track what Iβm finding as an irritant and what Iβm not.Show lessEasy to use
I find this app really easy to use. I use it every day to check on food items. It makes the FODMAP diet a lot easier.Good app
Can you make better use of screen space? The entire left column is empty or allow for adjustable text/box size to view more entries at once.

This app is such a help in figuring out what to eat and what to buy at the grocery store when trying to adhere to a Low FODMAP diet. Tapping on the name of the food in the red box really helps distinguish which of the FODMAPS are involved in a particular food. Indispensable, easy to use.Life Saver for IBS people
I was recently diagnosed with IBS. I had been following the FODMAP diet for about one week, but I was looking up foods individually. Having this app is handy and helpful. So far, the food ratings have been spot on. My symptoms have subsided.Very helpful
This app is very helpful when stating portion size for each item simply by tapping on it. This way, a person can know how much is considered an average portion and that a smaller portion of a certain food may not cause adverse effects. The app also breaks down the components that can cause possible bad reactions in each item so a person might learn which components they are most sensitive to. I like the three color system for this and for each food item in general. Iβm glad the developer will continue to add more food choices as reliable information about them becomes available.Show lessUnsure but not used it for long
It seems contradictory on certain foods compared to other apps, books on the subject and medical advice. There are also many everyday foods missing which is annoying. I like the layout and the traffic light colourings. The rating may improve once I have used it more and when additional foods are added.Show lessDeveloper Response
