Never arrives
I’m in Sydney and ordered a book a month ago. Opted for trackable post. However the DHL tracing only tracked until it left Germany. Contacted Journi print but they only told me they hope it will arrive soon. I have been following up but have not heard back. 1 Star as you cannot go in the minus. Paid a lot of money for a product that never arrives.
Update: Journi have send a replacement book which arrived quickly. They quality was fine and all was resolved.Show lesssjoerd visser

Seems like a good app, but I don’t have a option to make Polaroids. I watched the help videos but I didn’t have all the options I only had the option to make a photo book. Please help me!Perbeck60

Not sure what to rate this because I saw it on an ad and it said you could make custom polaroid prints? I could not figure it out and it would be great if I could get some feedback!🤷🏻♀️Mollz903

At last I’ve found an album that doesn’t take weeks to make. It really is easy to use and changes are simple to make.
I made my first photo book as a trial to check quality. I’m delighted so now I’m actually looking forward to making one from our trip to NZ earlier in the year!!Lez Pez

Great App
I love the use of the maps in the book, it’s great when you have visited many places. My only criticism is sometimes if you rearrange images on a page it automatically adds other images which can be annoying & you cannot reposition images in the frame. However, for speed this is the best app I’ve found with its auto fill, it’s easy to use & a great end product.Show lesslousberry
Need improvement!
It was a very friendly app if you want to do it exactly as the way the app suggests. If you want to change the dates or arrange the photos in a different way it turns complicated and frustrating!
My main complain is that I didn’t get the option to create a cover. However it came with a 5 photos randomly selected (not my favorites) and 2 of them where exactly the same!Show lessmontse45040
