  • Tasted ok, pricey for what you get

    Didnt see the benefit of ordering online. Was unable to place an Order for a hot fudge blizzard. Was also unable to receive the senior discount by ordering thru the app. The app also showed an Order fulfillment time of 18 minutes , said base on location. We were in The parking lot. Clerk seemed confused when we went thru the drive- thru to retrieve the order. Said the order hadn’t gone thru yet, but we. I said the order was only for 2 small blizzards of the same flavor, she was able to fine the order immediately. Did notice the ingredients in the blizzards were sufficient. More typically, when we had been to this location previously, they were very negligent in putting on a sufficient amount of toppings on our orders for sundaes. May or may not be back to this location.

  • Young Dairy Queen Staffer has a Nasty attitude

    I ordered on the mobile app at 3:20 PM and while waiting in the drive thru for about 6 minutes. I was finally helped. The young lady asked me for my order and I said to her that I had an order for Phyllis. She apparently didn’t understand me and kept calling me Willis. Finally I replied, Phyllis a little louder and she said pull around. When I approached the window this same young lady asked me if I wanted lids. I replied yes. Then after placing the lids on, she proceeded to hand me one bizzard cup. I asked her if she had a carrier. She pulled back the bizzard cup and placed both in the carrier and handed them to me with a nasty attitude. I received the carrier and said thank you, she didn’t respond. I saw the Manager looking over, however I didn’t want to stop the line of vehicles behind me. The young adults working at your establishment set the tone and example for customers like me and my grandson who was also in my vehicle. Please remind your staffers to try to be more courteous and professional with frequent customers as myself.

  • Missing blizzard

    Had a $1 blizzard deal that wasn’t used and not expired that has disappeared 😟☹️
  • DEAL DOES NOT WORK

    I was told to download the app for a $1 Blizzard deal. It literally won’t show up or ANY deals at all. The workers are confuzzled by this as well??? Just left without getting any ice cream because I only had $1. UNACCEPTABLE

  • Disappointment

    All my points expired without notice. I was saving up for a choco brownie extreme for my bday. Bday = ruined. 😡

  • App sucks

    App sucks trying to sign up for $1 blizzard thing and damn app won’t work. Guess I’ll be taking my business to Mcdondalds

  • Question about APP

    We have been buying $50 Dairy Queen gift cards at Giant Eagle for many years. That not only gets us the delicious Dairy Queen treats that everyone in our family loves, but a few cents from Giant Eagle for gas purchases. However when I ordered through my app it would only take a credit card, not a gift card. I was not happy about that. I think the app needs a section where you can communicate what you have to say, not just choose the option that Dairy Queen gives you. My example is we always get a peanut butter parfait with chocolate ice cream. In spite of ordering that on the phone last time, we got the standard parfait with vanilla ice cream. Since my fiancé has been getting these for several years, he didn’t take the time to look at his order until he got home. He was extremely disappointed, and I felt that we should’ve had a way to avoid that. We absolutely love your treats, and the app was a fantastic idea, but we hope you’re going to iron some of the wrinkles out! Thank you.
