One of the biggest scammers, the plans they are marketing for is fake. Phone calls transferred to overseas where there is no English speaking or comprehended people. Nasty service and a big regret. Slow service after paying $50
Only reason I have Lyca is because of Internarional even then I pay $50 and the internet is either slow or just doesn’t even work at all in some areas. It’s ver frustrating if you are charging for $50 atleast provide decent speed. There app is a piece of crap, never works I have tried for 3 years. rather then being sorry and doing this formality maybe try actually improving the app or service. It’s been 3 YEARS and this app hasn’t changed or worked. Or just take off the app from App Store. All they do is a formality of being sorry. Non of their data checking or balance checking number works given on their website. I’ll be changing service next month!Show lessisngh

Only reason I keep Lycamobile are the international calls. App is not working (never), login is impossible, I never receive a text for password reset, customer service non existent, nobody answers in chat. I desperately tried to recharge my data option, I probably have to give up.il_levon
Worst mobile app in the market
Countless attempts have been made to log-in using the mobile app after I activated my line BUT to no avail. I called up the customer service and reported the problem but still unresolved. How in the world that they have designed a mobile app asking for an OTP but no OTP would ever arrive to validate your account? So ridiculous.Show lessJCDPadsPJ
Never loads/works
Downloaded thee app today - it then asks for your phone # to send you a 5 digit # via message & never receive it & after that any additional attempts to go back to app & try to login & check account is met with a spinning round & round internet symbol that never loads - it’s not my connection or WiFi as all others work - emails / internet etc etc….still same spinning internet not connecting / loading … I shall shortly delete & remove thee app - I see numerous other people with same difficultiesShow lessartenule q krumet
Worse app to install
It takes 10-50 attempts to open the app. In emergency if you have to recharge you mobile you its easier to go to the shop and buy a sim card than recharge it.bhu85
Awful
I don’t really know why I’m still using this service as it is terrible. Texts to reply to restaurants or pharmacies are not supported, the app is next to useless, the data and connectivity is terrible. Anyway, I’m shopping around for something better and that won’t be difficult.desengusa
Fix the app for iPhone
Dead slow. Most of the time it won’t load the dash board. Why don’t the company give this app to a good app developer to increase the customer request. Fix the app.. for customers there is no 5G DATA for you. You will get only 4G.moneygram user
