Light years ahead
My normal stylists left the lil shop I used to go to. I tracked her down and she was working at SportClips. Long time ago I would get haircuts at the walk in type shops and was never very impressed. Things have changed in a huge way. I can open an app to see if my favorite stylist is working and see what her wait time is. I can sign in (get on her list) and I get text messages or check the app to see when she’s ready. The shop is well appointed and staff is friendly. I highly recommend people check their local SportClips out.Show lesst-amos
Getting my hair cut
I got checked in at a early time and it actually went through. I called and talked to someone about what just happened and it worked. I was the last person to sign in and get my hair cut perfectly by Shannon. She is awesome for the work she does. It is always cut and washed so nothing is wrong with my hair. Do I wanted to just compliment Shannon and getting my hair cut. I will always go their yo get it cut. An amazing crew their and they listen to what you have to say.Show lessWhitewlf18

This app is nice it makes getting your haircut so much easier no more feeling like you have to be a zombie sitting watching everything I can log in check in and boom I’m done, I can even ask for my favorite stylist lol only thing I wish this had was a way to either ADD a picture of how you want your haircut ahead of time OR you can have a description of how your last haircut was in case you want the same thing. Not great for busy families
It’s a little clunky that you must check in your entire family all at once. Once the first person checks in, there is no way to check in additional family members without creating an entirely new login identity. Also, it would be helpful if the app had a constantly updating wait time indicator like they do in the store so I would know if a stylist will be ready sooner or later than the app originally indicated. Pretty good
So far I really love how easy this app is to use and all of the nice features it has. The one thing that I think you could add to make it better is the ability to see the list of stylists that work at a specific location and then add them to your favorites from there. That way you don’t have to hit the
check-in button first, which could potentially lead to some confusion if someone just wants to add a favorite after they get a haircut.Show lessHoop ball
Good but could be great.
The check in function and estimated wait time is a great feature that makes getting a hair cut more convenient for me. However, adding the ability to schedule appoints on a future date, or even at a specific time on the same day would be great. If there’s a 180 minute wait now for my stylist of choice, I’d like the option to schedule an appointment later so that I can still get my hair cut by my stylist. Other than that function, the app works great and is easy to use.Show lessjas9312
I’d only change 1 thing
I love this app and I appreciate being able to check in before I get there so that I’m not camped out in store waiting for a haircut. However there is one thing that I would change in the app. That is I would like to have the ability to see my purchase history. In a perfect world I would see my purchase history as well as the stylist that took care of me in previous haircuts .

Can’t check in 4 people at once
I’m a dad with 3 boys and the app goes nuts and will not function when trying to check in 4 people at once. It just repeatedly asks me if I’m ok with a wait time that is one minute different over and over and won’t complete check in. I can only check in myself when I remove all other guests and start over. Then calling the store they cannot check in anyone else until we physically arrive and when I finally arrive they have to check in my sons manually and after everyone else 30
min later than my scheduled time. I understand I’m not the normal single person checking in but this system is completely useless for me. I’m going to look elsewhere if not resolved at my next visit.Show lessryandeboard
Good, but not great
I like that the app will show you wait times at all local locations, but it still needs some tweaks. 1) I’ve been bringing my son here since he was about 10, but each time I come, even though I’ve changed the info in the app from mine to his, it keeps displaying my name as being on deck. 2) I wish the stylists names were listed in the app. We normally chose 1st available, but sometimes you can’t tell until a few days later if it was a good cut or a bad one. If we could look and see who cut his hair last, that would be helpful. 3) I don’t understand why the clip notes are not kept in the app or shared with different locations. We have moved, but keep having to travel back to our original location to get the same cut.

Clean, friendly, relaxing and refreshed
I would always go to Great clips and Fantastic Sams before I went to a Sports Clips & 4 years later, Sports Clips is the only place I've gone to because it's seriously a step above the rest when it comes to making a men's haircut experience better, alot of men go once in awhile or it's a simple cut and before I came here I'd never expect that a hot towel and neck/shoulder massage would make all the difference. Not to mention their products are great and smell great too and are designed for men to be able to get excited and want to get their hair cut in more ways than just leaving feeling like you look better I seriously feel better Everytime I leave. I guess it depends to on the stylists at the store but all the other days I've had have been great! Love the app too works well and easy to navigate just wish they had a points system to redeem coupons or discounts more often but it's easy to look over because I've enjoyed finding this place so much the past few years.Show lessTaylor J R
