Makes a great experience - phenomenal!
Love the app! I’ve never had anything but an amazing experience at Sport Clips. The app is quick, easy, (and accurate) even for those of use who are “technically challenged”!!
Laney is my stylist - She is by far my favorite, I like that the app saves her as my favorite, I instantly know if she’s working, and how quickly she can get me in. Plus, in the rare event I can’t get to her location - I can see the wait times throughout the entire metropolitan area.

Convenient, but needs more options.
While it is nice that you can check to see what times and which stylist is working so you can reserve a spot, it would be nice if you could make an appointment days in advance. I get my hair cut every 4 weeks and I like to schedule my next appointment while I’m at my current appointment so I don’t have to worry about my favorite stylist being off that day or the appointments being sold out for the day.

Getting better….
In some cases there is visibility for stylists starting a shift in the next few hours. That’s a good step forward; even better would be visibility into the stylists working the next day and what hours. That would be a great help for planning.
The viewing of store hours needs redone. Stores that fill their wait list 2 hours before closing, have the button grayed out disallowing check-in since it’s fully booked. But for some reason you have to go through check-in to see the store open and close times for all days. It does t help me to know when the store closes today after you tell me the list is full. However, knowing the hours it’s open tomorrow would be very useful.

Light years ahead
My normal stylists left the lil shop I used to go to. I tracked her down and she was working at SportClips. Long time ago I would get haircuts at the walk in type shops and was never very impressed. Things have changed in a huge way. I can open an app to see if my favorite stylist is working and see what her wait time is. I can sign in (get on her list) and I get text messages or check the app to see when she’s ready. The shop is well appointed and staff is friendly. I highly recommend people check their local SportClips out.

Getting my hair cut
I got checked in at a early time and it actually went through. I called and talked to someone about what just happened and it worked. I was the last person to sign in and get my hair cut perfectly by Shannon. She is awesome for the work she does. It is always cut and washed so nothing is wrong with my hair. Do I wanted to just compliment Shannon and getting my hair cut. I will always go their yo get it cut. An amazing crew their and they listen to what you have to say.

This app is nice it makes getting your haircut so much easier no more feeling like you have to be a zombie sitting watching everything I can log in check in and boom I’m done, I can even ask for my favorite stylist lol only thing I wish this had was a way to either ADD a picture of how you want your haircut ahead of time OR you can have a description of how your last haircut was in case you want the same thing. That would blow all the other HAIR SALON APPS out of the water

Not great for busy families
It’s a little clunky that you must check in your entire family all at once. Once the first person checks in, there is no way to check in additional family members without creating an entirely new login identity. Also, it would be helpful if the app had a constantly updating wait time indicator like they do in the store so I would know if a stylist will be ready sooner or later than the app originally indicated. A widget for that function would be outstanding.

Pretty good
So far I really love how easy this app is to use and all of the nice features it has. The one thing that I think you could add to make it better is the ability to see the list of stylists that work at a specific location and then add them to your favorites from there. That way you don’t have to hit the
check-in button first, which could potentially lead to some confusion if someone just wants to add a favorite after they get a haircut.

Good but could be great.
The check in function and estimated wait time is a great feature that makes getting a hair cut more convenient for me. However, adding the ability to schedule appoints on a future date, or even at a specific time on the same day would be great. If there’s a 180 minute wait now for my stylist of choice, I’d like the option to schedule an appointment later so that I can still get my hair cut by my stylist. Other than that function, the app works great and is easy to use.

I’d only change 1 thing
I love this app and I appreciate being able to check in before I get there so that I’m not camped out in store waiting for a haircut. However there is one thing that I would change in the app. That is I would like to have the ability to see my purchase history. In a perfect world I would see my purchase history as well as the stylist that took care of me in previous haircuts .
