  • Do not use QLink Wireless.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I started service August 20th and have yet to receive my SIM card, I can’t even switch to eSIM at this point. I opted in to the .99 a month for hotspot, they sure did take my money but since I have no SIM card I can’t do anything. I talked to a person three days ago at the time of me writing this review and he said my account was escalated. I see absolutely no changes. Their phones are down right now for maintenance even though there wasn’t any memo about that happening. And yes, their customer service is able on weekends. Completely unprofessional, if this is how they do business I’m surprised they haven’t gone under yet.

    It’s says free but I’m being charged for the service I didn’t know about and missed a family emergency because they shut my phone of for non payment when my service is supposed to be free

  • Support Center

    The links do not work in the help center. Not on the qlinkwireless website nor on the app, which sends you to the website in an external browser the moment you click on anything anyway. These are not expensive or very difficult things to implement as features. There are literally website and app builders that have an AI do for you, if you don’t want to pay money for a person to do it for you. I’m sure the government funds that y’all are receiving for the lifeline program could easily cover those basic things. I cannot believe that the quality of it is so low considering the day and age we live in. Jesus Christ.

    Yes. You are reading that correctly. This impersonator of a cell provider provides a smoking hot 1/mbps. It is so slow it barely is able to open a web page. Forget about pictures and no way on video. This provider should be shut down. It’s a train wreck. How in heck do you pass yourselves off as a mobile prided qlink? To repeat up and down UNDER 1M/bps! Can you say rip off?

    This data shouldn’t be called date I can’t even use my maps w/o WiFi. I get so lost and angry. I should have never gave up my real phone

  • Qlink sets the bar!

    I love my qlink phone service. A.) It works everywhere. I haven’t found a location yet that it doesn’t get service. B.) As long as you use it once a month, it refills right on schedule. C.) After losing my phone once, customer service sent me a new SIM card right away and helped me get my service going again. They were kind and helpful.

    My only complaint, was regarding the tablet they sent me as part of the affordable connectivity program. The tablet was junk and they wanted me to pay $10 for it. I declined and sent the device back to them via registered mail for $8. They never said another word about it, and removed the charge from my account.

    I really appreciate having my qlink service and am grateful that they are so easy to deal with.

  • Lowered data speed

    I paid for unlimited data and now they lowered the data speed to connect for $30 more I can get 5g of date speed each month. I can wait almost 3-5 minutes for a page to Load if that or it tells me I have no internet service retry again. This service is horrible. I also keep getting disconnected. I called to get some answers but I couldn’t understand the person I was talking too. All these call center are in another country and are very hard to from me understand with their accents .

  • Super slow internet speed! Can’t use!

    The help links do not work on the app and I can’t use the internet with the Qlink service it’s too slow and I just got the service. It’s useless. I was also told it was unlimited and it’s only 4.5 GB (Lies) and I can’t even use that because nothing will load. I had to use my friends hotspot to download the app!
