Great but…
I keep having to lock the door manually or with the app because the auto lock function doesn’t work properly. Also can’t get the Auto Unlock to work when I leave and come back home.Ad Warrior

I have had this camera for almost a year now and after resolving earlier teething troubles have found it to be a useful device. It is easy to install and set up and the image quality is good in both daytime and darkness. The customer service is also quick to respond and is helpful.S60Rd
Yay Bosma!
I really love my Bosma. It’s great knowing that my door is locked every time I close it. No more running downstairs at night to make sure my door is locked. Love the key share. I have it a 4 bc like everything it glitches sometimes also it usually relooks before I get to my front door 🙄. But if I pull my phone out of my purse it will unlock for me. Love knowing when my daughter is home and inside! Love it!Show lessBump lover

Sounds good but isn’t.
Reading everything about this device it sounds great. The auto lock and unlock features, being able to lock the door from anywhere, everything the other models have at half the cost. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. Once it was installed you have to calibrate it. Ok no big deal. But then you have to calibrate it every day. The app will tell you the door is unlocked when it’s locked. And then you have wait for it to lock again before it will unlock. Then you have to calibrate it. When you go to leave you push the button to unlock it and it locks. Then you have to wait to unlock it. And then you have to calibrate it again.
It is supposed to make life easier. It does not. The Auto Unlock feature sayid its working but then the door is locked. And when you finally dig your phone out open the app and tell it to lock and then unlock…we’ll you guessed it. You have to calibrate it again. Oh and I order for anything to sort of work. The app has to be open at all times and it kills your battery. After you calibrate the machine. Spend the extra money. Get the one that actually works.Show lessjthorn124456789

Very capable cameras at a great price. Tons of features. I have one XC series and 2 EX pros. We’ve had some issues with kids breaking into our cars at night. The only downside is that you can only view your cameras on one device at a time. If you go to use a different phone it will log you out of the account and you have to log in on the phone you are trying to use. I hope Bosma fixes this Issue. I also have a Ring camera that I can view on multiple devices simultaneously, but you have to subscribe to their service if you want to capture video.Show lessmcinelli49
great product with unbelievably great customer service
the lock has a few quirks but is as easy to install as all the reviews say. bosma has great customer service. i have called and texted several times for some "how to" questions and get almost immediate responses. your bank and insurance companies could take some useful tips on how to do great customer service. (and no 18 buttons to push before you can speak to a human or long waits on hold.) the app is a tad confusing but not as much as my apple watch is. only suggestion is that they could explain in detail a bit more about the common situation of two or three people with phones living in the same house or apartment. (family sharing is the answer but it's not fully explained, and no examples are given for how autolock and auto-unlock work when one person leaves and the other is home.
but overall the product is unusually excellent as at a price substantially less than its most direct competitor. while most companies have ditched the separate wi-fi hub for an internal wi-fi connector, doing so makes those other products battery killers. having the wi-if hub outside of the lock keeps the batteries full for a long time.

Installed the lock and app with no problem, and it works every time. Great investment! The app can be a little confusing when it comes to adding family members, but I figured it out eventually.asynchronate
