The app freezes whenever you try to playback
Cameras seem really solid but the app needs a lot of work. Sometimes the app lags out when aiming a camera and the arrow key basically gets “stuck” and the camera doesn’t stop moving. When you go to watch footage the app freezes and crashes to the point of the phone going unresponsive and locking up. I had to power cycle my phone to get out of it.
Update: App is still garbage. Takes forever to load playback. Bosma also promised the development of a NVR for local recording and hasn’t followed through. Don’t bother with this product.Show lessGuitarmaster360
Does everything
The Auto Unlock, auto lock and remote activation work well. Installation was straight forward. The app and directions were a big help. We are happy we used this to upgrade our security.mspalding
Not easy to add multiple users
The initial activation wasn’t as easy as the instructions made it sound. Adding multiple users to the device was also not easy.
Not sure why it doesn’t send notifications in real time.Tsillito
It’s ok
I wish there was a way to delete all or several events at once not having to individually delete each event . There also is a problem when wanting to review past videos that they will absolutely not play despite SD card present. But it does very well notifying you of any new motion or sound eventsExtremelyBle$$ed
Faulty App
Works fine for the most part but the App and lock aren’t always in sync. The App has also had problems with the Auto Lock and Auto Unlock, that it’s just easier to do it on my own to be reassured. Most Apps often need to be refreshed so it’s not with a big surprise. Good value, over all1madpt
Too many glitches
I liked the idea of the lock. I thought it would be a good solution to the need to carry a key. The ability to control the lock from a remote location, etc.
The lock has been a disappointment in most respects. The idea of not needing to carry a key did not pan out.
The fingerprint reader doesn’t recognize any of 3 different fingers, and the numerical codes I programmed don’t work.
The automatic unlock feature when I am near the door upon returning home doesn’t work reliably either (it’s worked perhaps 3 times, not consecutively).
The automatic lock as I leave the house does work the majority of the time and opening the lock with the app on the phone has always worked. This is a double edged sword as it will lock the door upon leaving, but if I would forget my keys or the iPhone I’d be locked out and would have to go find a key I’ve hidden in a separate place.

The product is great
I love the product and the app is also well designed. I would just suggest to make it easier To add under 18 family members that are not savvy with emails and incorporate the Apple ID to create new users. This would simplify a lot the user management and password storingOlavon
Works Great
This is my new favorite smart devise. It locks automatically every time the door is closed, I told it to. It unlocks when I return home and my phone gets within 5-10 feet of the lock, I told it to. I can lock/unlock it from the app and Alexa can lock/unlock it, unlock is with a passcode.
I can still use my key to unlock it from the outside. Inside you can tap the lock or manually turn it to unlock it. I can also ask Alexa if the door is locked, which I do at night to double check.
It is a little bulky but for what it does I’m very happy with it.Show lessScottyNight789
Greak camera vie
Good camera view the only problem i have it to reset the camera multiple times when the cameras gets stuck on a view and i have to reset the view area cause i got stuck on the left right coner so i get alot of fake notifications, but besides that the camera its awesome and the AI tracking system works great.Show lessElBoot5
