Really bad user experience
The app has a really bad design, you can’t copy and paste the size of the photos and you can’t edit typing it, you have to resize all images, it would be easier it they have some templates such as the canon Easy-PhotoPrint Editor which is free btw.
I’m going to try get a refund because this app is very useless.

Horrible app
I downloaded this because it was supposed to be easier than the website. It was worse. You can not select the photo finish so assuming it’s all glossy which is not what I wanted. You can not choose to have it mailed to you and it only lets yo select a super store to pick up from not the nearest Walmart which is a huge inconvenience. On top of it it only displays you order number once and if you don’t think to take a screenshot it’s gone for good, there is no order history tab. And no email confirmation. I will not use again, if I could have given negative stars I would have

Easy to use but needs options
This app is easy to use but needs options for printing matte vs glossy finish. Also, it will not let you edit more than one copy of the same print. For example, I wanted to zoom in and print that photo, but I also wanted to printed the original picture. This app will not let you do that.
Absolutely amazing.
I needed a picture to place by an item for a charity event. I downloaded the app in less than 30 seconds, with access to my photo library I selected the picture and it was ordered all in less than one minute. You cannot beat that. I will use this as often as I need photos. They will even send me an email when my photo is ready. Really excellent customer service.

Horrible
This app is horrible. I sent a round of pictures, they were developed and they were fine. However I sent another round of pictures and they were never located. An email was never sent I was never notified with either orders were ready. I resent the order that was missing, got a confirmation order but not an email. My sister went to pick them up and they were not found.
