Don’t use it
this is a good idea but this app does not work. It worked once and then going forward it wouldn’t unlock my hotel door. Tried a different device and it did the same thing, worked once and stopped working. maybe in a year they’ll work out the kinks, in the meantime just get a physical key.poop6474957283
Not reliable
Didn’t work for days. The virtual key didn’t load even though we already checked in. Not sure why hotels are paying for this app. It’s not reliable.Christine27838
Does not work
I checked in online. Downloaded this app and it does not go beyond the startup page telling me that I must check in before proceeding.
There is no way to enter the ID information. Just. Refresh button that keeps telling me to check in it use the app. The Venetian said to pick up key from front desk. Useless.Jakflash
Don’t use it
This is horrible. Venetian check in pushed it. Was excited but it doesn’t work. Went to elevator on arrival and when you access the key it crashes. Security guard just laughed and said it doesn’t work. Front desk said the same. Instead of saving time, wasted it.Ace in VA
Does Not AllowImage Capture
As others have stated, tried to use for the Venetian and the app does not work. You are supposed to scan your ID but it will not focus. You cannot get past this step so impossible to use. A shame that a high end hotel would waste people's time with what should be a cool feature.Kengc2
Fuzzy camera + crashes
Somehow screws up the camera for ID verification to make it incredibly difficult to focus. But fatal flaw was that it instantly crashes when I tried to open the key for door access forcing me to go get a physical key at The Venetian. And I wasn’t the only person I know who had the same problem.davenak
Does not work on iPhone 14 pro
The camera won’t zoom or focus, and if you are lucky you might get past that step, like I did, then it would just crash trying to use the key. Had to walk all the way down and get in line, what a disaster if an app.Jdubs9
Literally does not work
I was able to setup my account via drivers license upload. I got the text messages saying I would be notified when my room at the Polazzo was ready. Then when trying to check in at the Palozzo, the app just hung. Spinny circle and it would not work. I had the latest iPhone with the latest iOS, no dice. Avoid, and just check in the old fashioned way.dhinmn
Why do you guys even have this app?
Are the coders that work for this app only have two brain cells something simple as this it doesn’t work well it takes too much time. It wastes our consumers time just get rid of this app. It’s very annoying and the people who created it are even more annoyingDzmode
Worked for me!
Not perfect! Auto zoom was an issue. Key is to not zoom all the way. Saved me a trip to the front desk.
