Worked every time and saved me check in time

This app is a frustrating disaster. The camera does not auto zoom and thus cannot capture accurate pictures of any ID

Camera part of the app is terrible
The camera part of the app doesn’t focus. When taking a pic of the back, there’s no inductors that anytime is happening. I feel like this app is an app that isn’t fully finished.Yapadog
You had one job.
Accepts the reservation for Venetian Las Vegas hotel and when I tap “use digital key” the app just crashes, even after quitting and restarting the app, and also shutting down and restarting my iPhone 14 Pro. Please fix asap.wlorenzo
Waste of time
App doesn’t work. I have a iPhone 13 pro max and it still can’t read your license or correctly identify you to give you a digital key don’t bother with it.Nitexxvision
Poor Performance
I have an iPhone 14 Pro but despite this, the app was unable to automatically capture photos of my ID and face because the built in camera technology is abysmal. The app also has an archaic interface. It’s unbelievable that any hotel uses this app.Xanopher
Great idea - terrible execution
This app has potential but they are not ready to go live yet. The app navigation is terrible, the ID verification takes multiple attempts. And I’m unable to share the key to others in the room. Save yourself the headache and get a physical key like we had toNofkiydhtsjivni
Doesn’t work

So much time wasted of my life I’ll never get back..
If you don’t actually want to ever get into your room, then this is the app for you. It’s really great for standing outside your door and wasting 10 minutes of your time trying to refresh something that doesn’t refresh, and then having to go get a physical key anyway. So great.petermom13
