    If you send the link to your text message and open it from there, it will open in the app and create your key. I’ve used it before, but had to find a loophole to make it work this time. Hope this helps. Definitely some bugs they need to fix
  • Terrible

    Open the app to a screen that says no reservations. No menu button and no options except for a refresh button that brings up the same message.
  • “Minor bug fixes”???

    How can an app be this bad? And it’s been on here so long! They recently made “minor bug fixes” - did nobody notice the app doesn’t actually work? Some bigger bugs to fix here guys.
  • Worked well

    On my recent visit to Palazzo in Las Vegas, this app worked very well. Checked in virtually and used this app as my room key. Never had to visit the front desk.

    You do have to rotate the phone to portrait position and flip it so screen faces the entry lock to function. Not a big deal.

    Used the app on my iPhone XS.
  • Back to the drawing board

    This app needs to go back to the drawing board. U can’t use this app on 2 mobile devices if u switch devices. It states this app is being used on another device. What?? Also the app doesn’t work although I had a reservation. It said I had none. Worked on pulling up the reservation for 2 days. Nothing! The app is unusable.
  • APP DOES NOT WORK, SAVE TIME AND CHRCK IN AT THE FRONT DESK

    If zero stars was possible that would be suitable. I was concerned this app would not work due to the reviews but wanted to bypass the front desk to save time so I gave it a try. Not only did it not work it cost me 20 minutes of wasted time and still never worked. Had to go back to the front desk, wait in line and get physical door key cards. What a joke, the large hotel chain that we stayed at will hopefully fire this vendor very soon and not further frustrate their guests.
  • Nothing in the app

    Reservation for tomorrow. The hotel said to download this app. I downloaded the app. Opened the app, it's basically a blank screen with a refresh button on the top right. Nothing else but a big blank screen. So I'm not sure how it knows to send the reservation to my phone. Does it need to be the same number on file with the hotel does it need the same email address? No way to tell. There's no help button, and no support button. End result nothing in the app shows upcoming reservation nor anything else.
  • Doesn’t work

    App won’t launch and when it does it says it can’t find my reservation. After multiple times of deleting app and reinstalling it says my key is on another device. Waste of time!
