$0.35 fee???
I use cash whenever possible. Why should I pay extra for an app?
Awful app
Way too inconsistent. Sometimes it works and many times it doesn’t!
Tarnished reputation of Princeton as Hi-Tech town.
A perfectly working system replaced by a undemocratic and ineffective one while missing the opportunity to improve upon the previous one. Technologically impractical, inefficient and conceptually backward new Princeton parking app has stained the reputation of this town as a hi tech solution hub and example to the other municipalities.

Very Convenient App
So easy to use. Has prevented me from easily getting two parking tickets this year. Very good app.
Targeted because of the app?
I paid my parking ticket and i forgot to extend the parking hour when I was running late. Came back with a parking ticket, which is my fault. However, my friend who parked his car right besides me at the same time who never even pay for the parking didn’t get a ticket. So I think is probably better off if u pay on site than using this app.

Not a good parking system
Tried to use app and it didn’t work.
Said to try again later
Still didn’t work.
Waited 20 minutes before it worked...pressed for time.
Not reliable like the smart card was.

Do not trust your credit card to this garbage.
This is the most ineffective app I’ve ever attempted to use. If you can get it to work it can’t identify where you’re parked so you have to enter your location every time. Navigation is completely random. Worst problem is that it loses you. I’ve tried to use it a number of times and it “forgets” that I’m already a user and tries to enroll me again. I’ve contacted my credit card company and blocked this app. An app this bad is not SECURED.

Use this app if you want to pay extra
You need to process a minimum of $1.35 of parking and an additional $0.35 convenience fee. That’s $1.70 for minimum 36 minutes worth of parking. I’m not sure why Princeton didn’t just use ParkMobile like every other reasonable town.
Outrageous Fee
The fee of $0.35 on top of a $1 minimum is outrageous
Doesn’t work
Thankfully the meter maid didn’t come by, because this app did not activate the meter. When I came to check on my car, the app said I had a couple hours and the meter was flashing red. It charges a fee, but I suppose that would be justified if it actually worked. I’d recommend paying up front unless absolutely necessary.
