  • Love the products - frustrated with the app

    I love Scentbird and have no issues with the subscription service, but I’m always frustrated with the way the app doesn’t easily allow you to move around objects in your upcoming orders. If you have a ton of different items you want to try and a new one drops you have to drag it alllllll the way up to the top just to get it next. I suggest adding a “move to top” button or a numbering system so you can easily move positioning of your choices. When you have 30 items and you add one to your queue but would like it in the next delivery it’s exhausting dragging multiple things all the way through the list 😩, especially if you change your selections often.

  • Gone Downhill

    I thought this was a cool idea when I first found it, not a terrible price to try a new scent every month, or even just a scheduled delivery of your signature scent, if you have one. I recently resubscribed though, and it seems they’ve completely redesigned their perfume bottles to cut costs. I would much rather have received an email stating they “had to raise prices due to inflation” like everyone else did. The new cases are reminiscent of the crappy unbranded toys that come with a happy meal, and they are now packing the perfume in a sealed bottle. The whole system seems very disposable, where it was previously far more eco-friendly. The old style had very sleek, elegant cases with a perfume bottle insert that is completely reusable; the lid unscrewed from the bottle for refilling. I’m currently regretting not using this subscription more in the past, because I certainly won’t be using it in the future.

  • Needs to be option for shipping with monthly que

    There really needs to be an option to add the sample vials that coat 4.21$ to the monthly que shipment, I don’t want to have to pay for shipping twice, it’s really inconvenient :( please add an option so we can get smaller samples shipped with our monthly ques! Thank you! -From Canada
  • Scentbird ghosted me…

    I’ve been trying to log into my account for the past 5 days and have received no help from the team. I sent an email as soon as I realized it wasn’t able to log in and didn’t receive a response until the next day. They told me they had an overwhelming amount of emails but would try to reach me within 24 hours… It’s been 3 days since I last heard from them. I still haven’t been able to log in or manage my subscription. As soon as I’m able to log back in I will be unsubscribing from this service. It’s unfair that I’ve been trying to reach the team and have basically been ghosted, terrible customer service :/

  • Disappointing

    Overall bad service. It was not what I expected to begin with, designer brands are $5-$10 more on top of your subscription, only few selections available but it’s marketing. I had opted for the 3 scents because of the discount. I chose my scents before the 12hrs that scentbird gives you is up, otherwise after they randomly choose your fragrances for you. I was happy with my selection. I open my app and saw my list of fragrances the next day, only 2 I had chosen, the 3rd was replaced by a random fragrance that I do not want. I immediately emailed them and it’s been days with no response. It has been shipped. I am disappointed and extremely annoyed with their email only communication or rather their lack of communication. If they were out they should have notified me and I would simply choose something else. I am still awaiting a response but i will have to send another email to cancel my subscription. I understand ‘we received an overwhelming high volume of messages’, but this isn’t my issue, it’s theirs. As a paying subscriber, I should receive a response.

  • Best customer service out there?

    I love this concept, sampling new perfumes at lower prices than even the travel bottles of any given brand. Plus I then have various scents to fit mood, event, season, etc. But I’m really prompted to write a review because any time I’ve ever needed customer service, they make it so simple! You can email back and forth and the reps are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Issues are always solved speedily and kindly ❤️ Please never change.

  • Love, Love, Love Scentbird

    So I have always been a huge fan of perfume and with that comes a whole Lotta money and I like to switch it up all the time I’ve heard about Scentbird before but didn’t decide to actually do it until two months ago and I am so happy I love that I get to try different things andI have recommended there’s too many of my friends and a few of them have already joined. 💜

  • Sub-par

    The orders are consistently late and they don't have a number for you to call if you have a problem. They force you to email them. One of the staff actually canceled an order without my consent and gave me attitude. I have to always ask about my order when it's late and now I can't even open the app. It just crashes. The orders take way too long to arrive. Processing takes them forever. It's like they just don't care. Sometimes when you email them, they don't even reply back. They like to double charge you too. They've tried it with me.

  • Great Idea and Great App!

    I love ScentBird! A perfume subscription service is a great idea for those of us who love perfume and don’t want to blind buy. The app is also so easy to navigate and really fun to explore. You get to build your queue of perfume for the coming months and can select for many months in the future if you would like. This is one of my favorite parts of ScentBird, since I get to choose what I want to try, and I can plan in advance. I can’t wait to continue to get perfume every month. I imagine ScentBird will be able to grow their portfolio of fragrances even more, as they get more members.
