Non-functional app
Additionally, this app is painfully slow to respond using the latest IOS.
How could this be rated so highly when it barely functions at all? Perhaps the State instructed employees to falsely give it five stars?

Worked just fine
Not even worth it if it’s free doesn’t work
Works when server is online
Having a server solution that requires downtime doesn’t seem like a reliable solution for an electronic ID solution. When I needed my electronic ID, the app let me down…
Also, at a minimum, the app should at least notify users that the server is down for maintenance rather than just freezing up at the splash screen.

Trash app, the IT folks need to read the comments
Do a complete rehaul of the facial recognition. I’m not the only ones in the comments with this problem, so you should realize it’s an issue and fix it.
This is the first time I have ever left a review of something and the app was so bad I felt I needed to.
Integrate with my main digital wallet please.
Terrible - Don’t renew using the app
Here’s a question for you, how can a license be lost in the mail if the state is saying it was never mailed in the first place.
I followed the instructions in the app to open a ticket and also sent an email to the address listed in the app, and guess what, no response has been received. Maybe my expectations are too high for a government service.
