Unreliable
This is an app that can only work as well as the people behind it, and the people that work at my local Fetch facility couldn’t possibly care less.
Features that are supposed to help users are ignored: the Fetch workers don’t take photos of the correct part of the shipping label to help me know what the incoming package is, and they don’t input where the package actually came from (just “USPS” or “other”). If the Fetch driver neglects to deliver a package in the requested window, the app won’t update with any more information; the package is just marked as “out for delivery” indefinitely. Finally, the Scout tool is a joke and I’ve ended up in too many cycles of trying to find the pretyped response that fits my issue, with no way to reach a real person when these options are inadquate.
My packages are also routinely left at the wrong address, though this is less of an app issue than it is a driver issue. I wish, though, that there was a way to more quickly fix that issue through the app, such as a driver messaging function or a way to let them know they’re at the right door.
I can’t wait until I find a new apartment and am not forced to pay for this service.

Do not use Fetch
This company has well over 200 complaints with the better business bureau and an “F” rating. They have lost over $200 worth of packages for me personally and their support has ghosted me. If you want peace of mind with your packages do not use these services and speak out against them to your property management. Their drivers use shady practices like marking a package as “delivered” and taking a picture of the top of your door with no package in the picture, and then not actually delivering the package. The individual is not their customer, they do not really care about you, they know they are hired by the apartment complex who has no other option so you are not a priority to them. I will be shocked if their services are around in two years.

Delays package delivery by days
Fetch has taken multiple days to log my package which could have been delivered same day if we weren’t forced to use them by our apartment complex. Their customer support is useless as they wait until after your package is logged to actually respond to your ticket which can sometimes be days. They also have issues where they kept canceling my delivery every time a new window was selected for 2 days. I finally decided to pick up the package from the warehouse myself to find that they lost the key fob to our apartment complex. They didn’t bother communicating that with residents or ever respond to my ticket which is terrible customer support if I have to drive and pick up my package to find out (also defeats the purpose of a delivery service).

no customer service
update 10/24: they lost another package. i have been unable to get in touch with anyone. no one answers the email address. they also added a tab to the app where they serve you ads. are you not making enough money off us already?
you’re paying $10 a month for complete incompetence. when they lose your package or deliver a package for someone who lives in a completely different building, you will be unable to contact anyone at customer service. april 2022 update: they once again lost my package. when you contact support you get the message “please note we are experiencing higher than average wait times”. they have had this message since at least August 2021. that is unacceptable. hirer more people or stop being incompetent!! my package had now been missing for 5 days.

Useless Service
Forced to use this by my apartment complex; can’t believe I have to pay extra money every month for a service that does a worse job of delivering packages. The website acts like they receive things earlier in the day than consumers, so you’ll get your packages in about the same timeframe. The reality, of course, is that your packages won’t even update in their system for a day or two, and then you get to watch for several days as promised delivery windows come and go. The app doesn’t automatically reschedule, either, so have fun checking back in over and over while they fail at delivering. I’m looking forward to moving and will never live anywhere that forces tenants to use this garbage service.

Fetch is a terrible service
This is a rating of fetch. Not the app. The app works fine. Fetch is a terrible service that intercepts your packages from USPS/FedEx/UPS (or your residence if delivered there instead of fetch address), takes days to process said packages (delaying their receipt), then loses your packages and automatically concludes, even with compelling evidence showing that the package was never delivered to you, that it must have been stolen from your doorstep.
The only way to protect against fetch losing your packages and concluding that they were instead stolen is to not allow fetch to leave the packages at your door. This means you will have to wait at home for one of the 3-hour time windows offered for delivery. Which defeats the purpose of this service that is for “convenience.” Even then, fetch may try to blame their error on a stolen package.

What a joke of a company, middle man added for no reason, but I have to pay for it. 50 dollars a month for me is insane, especially when I rarely order anything online to begin with. I'm fully capable to take the elevator literally downstairs and grab my order. Heck, even if the elevator was broken, I'm fully confident I could handle picking my own order up. I get certain people may have mobility or schedule issues and may need this service, but the fact that I HAVE to pay for it as part of my lease agreement is actually ridiculous. I sympathize with the employees of this company, and I hope you get compensation worth the work, but the creator of this is literally just swiping money out of people's hand with a service that people don't need. And forcing a contract onto apartment buildings? What an absolute scam.

Useless
This service is the most useless service I have ever heard of. I just moved to a new apartment that requires us to use this service as all our packages get routed to their facilities. I made an expensive purchase with expedited next day shipping. I get a notification at noon that my package was delivered. I check the tracking and it was sent to them. I check this app…no info on my package. I check 3 hours after ups said it was deliver. Nothing. I call Fetch and they don’t know if they have my package and say they’re waiting on it to me processed. I call back an hour later. Still nothing. I ask them to pay for my expedited fee, they refused and hung up on me. So I decided to go the the facilities myself to pick up my package 5 hours after they received it. They inform me that the just finished the previous days shipments and won’t be getting to mine today. So naturally, I get upset. I have a package, that should have been delivered at noon being held hostage my a service I'm being forced to pay for. I don’t understand the point of this service, we are paying for inconvenience, crappy service, and unreliability. This is an absolute scam. You can set up pick up at FedEx and UPS facilities for free.

I was skeptical at first BUT
My apartments had their own package locker room, and I really loved that setup so I could get my packages without being limited by leasing office hours. However, the parcel room wasn’t big enough for the amount of residents so they switched us to fetch recently. I was annoyed that I’d have to wait for a third party, but Fetch is on top of it. I get all my deliveries the same day, and I’ve even conveniently picked up parcels as well. I really do like this service, now I don’t even have to leave my apt go to a parcel room, and I feel safer knowing fewer people have access to get into the security gate. Thanks, Fetch!

It only has city’s in the states
If I could rate this app 1 star I would, I didn’t even get past the part where it asks for your city cuz it’s only has city’s from the states, I didn’t know this was only for the USA which sucks cuz the idea of the app seems cool, tho all the other reviews on it seem like it isn’t the best app either and any good reviews I’ve read on this seem like it’s the company paying someone to give them a good review or something like that.
