Photos stopped uploading
This is a very poor system. They have not updated the app in a year full of bugs and quirks will be returning this POSSullymcgully
Terrible Software
Absolutely terrible software. Surprisingly bad. Teenagers writing free apps do a better job. It also seems to require uploading the pictures to the cloud where they are stored then downloaded back to the frame. Which makes it very slow and no tell where your pictures could end up. Unreliable
Yesterday the iOS app worked fine - today I am unable to login with ‘unknown error’. Reloading the app doesn’t work, the account is still active as it works on my ipad, but for how long? Please fix this buggy app !!Wendell319

Waste of time
This product is awful. It won’t stay on and takes at least 2 minutes just to transfer 1 picture. When you try to turn it back on it immediately shuts off every time. Waste of money.Kayce1466

Great so far
Bought as a gift my mother (13.5 wifi digital photo frame). Downloaded the app and set up the connection between the frame and my phone pretty seamlessly. Uploaded 10 photos without issue and the slideshow worked as anticipated. I didn’t mess with other functions but as a whole, I’m happy with it and if I was looking for one for myself, I would strongly consider purchasing another.Show lessWe R Nz
Won’t set up correctly
Follow steps always get unknown error. Never sets up frame says no connection but wifi shows connected and excellent wasted money and app space!!!!!! Do not purchase everGamblers223
App Needs Work
The instructions are easy to follow and the app is intuitive but it has a problem when uploading existing photos. After selecting and successfully uploading a batch it never prompts me to select new photos for the next batch. I have to reset the app each time in order to receive the prompt to allow library access.Show lessTyler Leon
