App is horrible
The frame seems to be good. The app is horrible!!! I don’t have any internet issues with anything any other app that I’ve downloaded. This app won’t let me set up an account. It tells me ‘unknown’ error every time I try setting up an account.JDBGW
Great Frame!
This is best gift idea yet. App is super simple and works every time. Not sure why the poor reviews I’ve had none of the problems. Works perfect out of the box and have had it a few months. I love that I can send photos to the frame at my parents house.Shashin68
The App is Crap
I’m a sophisticated user of apps and setting the frame as a gift for my Dad. The app does not allow me to select photos to upload for him. It just freezes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Lame!!!Linus Van Pelt 79234

Better than most of the reviews
Worked just fine for me. Was quick. Only suggestion is to increase the amount of pics you can upload at one time. Other than that, it worked very well.RC3390
Worthless
Tried using it but it says it couldn’t find the device. Searched up and down to figure out how to put photos on the digital frame and all I accomplished was running in circles.
This frame was a Christmas gift but I’m at the point where I’m throwing it in the garbage instead of returning it because this thing has frustrated me enough to demolish it with a sledgehammer and no one should be put through that much of a headache.
This is actually a zero star product for how ultimately useless it is. Save your money and avoid everything this brand has been near.Show lessE101ish
Be patient
I got this as a present for my wedding, at first I set it up and made several attempts to send photos. After a while of attempts I gave up, but hours later I came back and all of the photos were on there. It looks like it will take a while for photos to send once it’s set up, but when it does it works beautifully. I highly recommend!Show lessmel44566777
Hood product could use some more features
Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience with the product takes a little getting used to but once you have it set up via Wi-Fi or 5G it sends the photos over pretty quickly unless they’re large photos it takes a little bit the only features that I could see that would really help is if in the app itself, you could see what photos were actually on the picture frame and you could delete them off from your app. This was a gift for my parents from all of the grandkids so it’s kind a hard if somebody sends A duplicate photo and you can’t delete it from your app.Show lessI DENT
