App is Crap
My husband just gave me this as an early Christmas present. He is happy and proud, but the app doesn’t show what I am typing when I set up account and I can’t connect my devices to the frame because the app won’t show me what I need to see. I want to return this, but also don’t want to hurt his feelings. Please fix App ASAP!Show lessWilsonBoysMom
Can’t see the writing
As someone else has said- I just purchased this for Christmas and can’t access the app to do anything because the writing doesn’t show up in any of the fields. Please fix immediately or I have given my family an empty picture frame essentially.megelizabeths
Runs great!
Everything was streamlined from setup to use. Very content and Thank you so much. The only issue I had was no information being inputted was visible on the screen so it may be more difficult/confusing for people of an earlier generation. Cheers!GDbowman
Unacceptable
I bought the digital frame for a Christmas present but the app doesn’t show anything I type into the fields so i am unable to do anything with this frame. I am unable to download pictures for my mom so I will be returning the frame. Seeing that other people are having the same problem makes this completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.Show lessLulubells23
Can’t see anything
The app is set so you are typing in white font on a white background!!! It’s horrible!
I managed to set it up despite not being able to see what I’m typing by crossing my fingers and hoping I spelt things right...let’s just say we now have a weird email address for our frame!
This should be an easy fix with an immediate update for the app!!!Show lessLili316316316
Something’s amiss
Guessing something has gone horribly wrong with the most recent update to the app. Completely nonfunctional. I’ll cross my fingers a fix comes within the next day or two, otherwise I’m going to have to return the four frames I bought as gifts.Myoosick

Hey guys, none of the fields show what’s been typed, or don’t even show the heading title. I’m trying to upload pics for my parents for Christmas and can’t even get into the App to do so!!! This should be an immediate fix! I’ve deleted and Re downloaded the app several times. I’m surprised since the last post on dec 1st. where this was recognized it’s not fixed yet. Will not bind my digital frame to my account.
Bought 2 of the 10” digital frames. Neither will “bind” to this account. Tried everything I know to do. Each connects to WiFi, this program seems to send a request to bind to the frame then nothing happens with the user management screen. Tells me it is their server or this software or both. 0 stars for program / software and server.Show lessJon Liprie
Photos Not Showing
This app is poorly made. When you type something in the fields to create an account you can’t even see the letters you’re typing. The instructions are useless. The photos I uploaded won’t even show up in the gram and it’s been over an hour. Not sure what the standard is. But this is ridiculous. I tried uploading the original file and the non-original file. Still doesn’t work so it isn’t a size issue. It shouldn’t be a format issue either because that would defeat the whole purpose of sending photos from your iPhone and into the frame.Show lessJ246890
