There may have been kinks in the app at one time, and it may be a wee bit slow idiosyncratic, but you can pretty quickly figure out what to do to transfer photos from a device, and it works just fine.Websteward
Frame great, App terrible
The frame is great. Like the programming feature to auto turn on/off. Has a few options for viewing. Nice quality. Now getting the pics there is another story. You can use a USB- but who really does that any more. Trying to send from your phone is ridiculous. Completely unreliable. You can send 9 pics at a time max. Fine. But you may have to send and resend numerous times before they finally show up. I have 5G so the WiFi isn’t a problem. If they could make the app more reliable it would be amazing.Show lessSball1mill22
Love it!
I received this frame as a Mother’s Day gift and I’ve really been enjoying it. My kids send photos regularly and I’m always delighted to find the new photos show up in the slide show. I had no problem setting it up and it has worked exactly as expected.Squarepegroundpants

App broken
Can’t create an account via the app. Same issue, can’t see what you’re typing in the fields and it won’t register the info regardless. Bought for grandparents at Christmas, total garbage and waste of money. You should be able to set this up without the app.Carla AppQueen

I bought this for my grandmother, and set it up in under 10 minutes. I have an iPhone X, and I was able to see the text that I was typing- not sure what the deal was with others. I panicked when I saw the reviews, but I already had a backup plan in mind- type the text on the Notepad app, copy, and paste in this app. I wasn’t going to fail with this gift!!!
My frame ID was SIX letters, and my confirmation was six NUMBERS.
I can only send nine pictures at once from my phone, but they quickly load on the frame. Grandma doesn’t have WiFi, so the new pics did not load until I used my Personal Hotspot as WiFi, and connected her frame. They came in as fast as text messages. Wow Disappointed to say the least!
Got this device for Christmas. Tried to enroll/register and letters typed cannot be seen. Attempted more than once, then read reviews here, I see someone reported the same issue on DEC 12th which I believe they 14 days later are still awaiting a response to?

Binding issue fix!
Had a few difficulties setting this up and I wanted to leave a review as you have to go through the My Devices and create an email account for your frame so you can email it. After this you will see a new request on the frame itself under user management stating there is a new user request. Once you accent this you are ready to rock n roll!Show lessKDollCameraCaptures
No text shows, terrible instructions
I’m an IT professional and it took me an hour to set this thing up. When you type any text in the app it’s invisible (though still works.) setup of the frame is very unintuitive. I think I properly uploaded photos but after 30 minutes they’re still not on the frame and there’s no manual sync or any way to check what’s supposed to happen next.Show lessFermderlay
