Send Full Size Photos No Longer Works
I used to be able to send full sized images to the frame. Now when I select that option it still sends the compressed preview version to the frame. What happened??GoldenRatio
15.6 photo frame
My boyfriend got this for me for Christmas. Save your money. I’ve been trying since then to get it set up. The person I’ve been emailing for support finally came out and told me there is no fix for the cloud error I keep getting. It’s going to be returned. Sorely lacking
The frame had some nice features. Like it is set to wake up and sleep. It automatically starts the picture show. Great for my dad who has dementia in a care home.
It is very difficult to get pictures to it. The email option hasn’t worked. The app won’t access my photo library-only if I go completely out of the app delete it from the screen and open it again. I can’t get rid of any of the photos in the apps library.Show lessCimborak
Great frame, app needs work
I bought this frame as a gift and am really happy with how it looks. Sending the pics is another story. The email address option seems awesome, but they don’t arrive. Using the app seems like it would be easy too, but it’s not. After you send 9 pictures, it doesn’t allow access to your photo library anymore. I’m not sure why or if there’s some way to undo it. Not sure why this app has so many bad reviews. As a family we downloaded the app created our accounts and started using it. Works great so far!nmc719

This is a terrible product. If you try to use a usb it works but overheats. If you try to use the internet route using your pc only allows for five pics max to get downloaded before shutting down in error. Same issue when trying to transfer via phone and your lucky if they save to the device or app at all. Checked to see if it was my WiFi. My WiFi is not the problem. Trying to transfer pictures in general using this app or the picture frame device is terrible. It would serve better as a table weight than anything picture related. Extremely disappointed in this garbage product returning now.Show lessterrible 0/10
Can’t get pictures to the frame
I was so excited to receive this but I can’t send any pictures to the frame. Please fix this one bug. I really want this to work.The Barack Obama
App is non responsive
Originally I was able to upload and change the pictures in the frame. However, in the last few months I haven’t been able to update it. My frame is non responsive to the pictures I submit, not will it stay connected to my wifi for longer than 10 seconds. Horrible app
Since the latest update the app doesn’t work at all. Can’t upload photos and won’t access my library in my phone 90% of the time. Also when I upload photos - they never send.
Frame used to work fine and then most stopped. Terrible purchaseMe545
