I love being able to save my money with guac I’ve been able to save money as well as take money out and put it back in my account came came in the next day the first time I withdrew some cash and when I had a question about the app someone called me back immediately which made me really feel confident about this app

Terrible App
This app is terrible. I “deleted” my account 2 months ago and money is still being taken out of my bank account. Support told my “the last step of deletion is to unlink your bank account” but there is NO WAY TO UNLINK IT. Terrible app. Note to developers... if you make an app that has access to people’s bank account information, please make sure it does what it is supposed to and doesn’t mess around with other people’s hard earned money.Show lessTruth H.
**USER BEWARE**
This app is HORRIBLE. They take up to 3 business day to pull the money. They have no true overdraft protection, from what I was told by their support. As long as the money is in the account when you make the purchase they are taking the percentage off of the transfer will go through no matter what. This app caused me $300 in overdraft fees for $40 In savings. And I can’t even get rid of it yet because they have my money still.Show lessNikita Sowell
Trying to withdraw money and it won’t let me.
I did love this app but now I don’t know how to feel. My bank account is set to close tomorrow. I have almost $550 in the guac app. I’m trying to withdraw my money that it has saved and it will not let me withdraw it even though it has been in the account settling well over 3 days. I have emailed support with no email back. I am very upset that I am trying to get my money out that is mine and cannot get it. SCAM DO NOT USE
So I started using this app , then I needed to get some of my money back (basically had a family member take my money and I need to pay my bills) and it said it could pay me back until 1-3 business days when my money settled well I email them and they gave a few unhelpful responses about how I need to wait and I told them I had waited and I’ve been trying to delete my account but I can’t until I take my money out which it won’t allow, and they refuse to email me back. I recently just reached out via email about my funds being returned and it didn’t make much sense to me, I’m not sure how professional you guys are but if I don’t get my money back I’ll make sure to expose how you are stealing money from people with all these 1 star reviews that I’m seeing and a lot of them are similar.
