Cannot get this to work!
The app requires that you open a verification email before you can use it, but they never send you the email. As a result, I have a smart plug that cannot be setup.MidiByNight
Actually works pretty good for Xmas lights
Not sure why all the bad reviews; but it works decent in 2023. If you’re having issues connecting just hold the button for 10sec and the plug will reset. Says so right in the manual ;)Billthenewguy
Can’t setup the app
The app is not working, it will kot send me the e-mail for account verification so I can’t complete the setup. Will be returning to the storeBean🌺

Unbearable product
In no way shape or form is this product smart or user friendly. I’m not sure if it’s the firmware or device itself? But it is insufferable to work with. Brought it back were it came from and never looked back. Product testing save to say is the result of it’s demise.Mofo crazy
