  • Easiest set up!

    Took it out of the box and had it working in less than a minute. Will be great for my holiday lights!

  • Works decently

    It works pretty decently I mean it’s a smart plug, connect it and control your house kind of. I wish it worked with siri shortcuts but oh well. Noticed that it disconnected and didn’t want to reconnect, others might have this issue but it was an easy fix. For some reason it didn’t show originally when trying to fix in the WiFi, I went and removed the plug and reput it on, if it doesn’t show up in your WiFi then hold power for five seconds even if it’s blinking, should blink orange and then go back to green, this refreshes it and allows it to show up. I only found this by pressing that it wasn’t blinking. GL

  • Keep receipt return before download

    This by far has been nothing but a headache. It refuses to connect to the WiFi. I’m going back to the store and returning this fisher price piece of crap. For almost the same price I could get one that actually works! Very unhappy with this product wasted a ton of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have some internet issue at the beginning, but after I fixed it and followed the steps, it works great! Five star for now!
  • Unable to get smart plug set up

    Registered, easy. Hit the + and go through steps, connect to my 2.4 ghz wifi, then get to the step requiring you connect to the smart plug wifi, check. Then when I go back to the app it continues to request me to connect to the smart plug wifi that I am already connected to. Light is still blinking green, conducted 4 or 5 factory resets. Running IOS 13.2.3, everything updated. Router is 5 feet away, no other interference. My other smart plugs working. I am at a loss.

  • Easy and functional

    I looked at current reviews and saw so many people having bad experiences which made me hesitant on purchasing but I decided to pull the trigger anyways cause the worse thing would be that I would have to return it. And I’m glad to report that it was SO EASY to set up. The directions are step by step, no confusion at all. I like that you can schedule on/off times and that there is also a timer. Also I like that you can name the plugs so if you multiple you don’t have to guess what is what. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. I would of missed out on a great product if I did.

  • No verification email

    I bought these smart plugs to control my Christmas lights. So you have to create an account, which is fine with me. Just sign up using your email. The only thing is that you can’t sign in to your account until you verify your email. They never send an email for you to verify. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam as well. Even pressed the resend email button after hours of waiting. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I will be returning these to the store. Horrible app!
