  • Bad App!

    The product did work but the experience with the app caused us to return the product to Home Depot and we bought a simple R.F. Switch/Plug instead.
    - only one device can be logged in at a time
    - constantly have to waste time logging in on whatever device is closest at hand whenever I simply want to turn a light on or off!
    - cannot find a way to cancel my account so i am sure they are profiting from my data somehow.

  • Even with 2.4 network, it fails for T-Mobile

    To be fail in it worked previously, but no apparent reason for it not to work with new provider. But here we are.
  • Crap plugs

    These will NOT connect. Sorry I wasted my money on these. The Kasa ones I got work just fine. I liked this design because it was smaller, but what good is it if they will not connect? Save your money.
  • Worked great now it’s garbage

    Worked great for almost a year and now the app doesn’t show any of my devices. I’ve tried to add them again and still nothing shows.
  • Fix it for IPhone mini

    When using Iphone 12 Mini, the save button when doing changes is too close with the signal strength icon on the right corner making it so difficult to select. You have to press it gazillion times until you get lucky. Pls fix, fix, fix, fix.
  • Plugs working through the app but no longer Google Home

    Just started today. The plugs have been working for a month, now they still work through the app but Google Home no longer can link to them. Not sure whose end this is on, SP1 or Google.

    They just disappeared from my Google Home. Now when I try to add them back Google says it links but then “something went wrong please try again”

    Have tried resetting them, deleting from SP1 and resetting up the plug, tried different wifi networks, nothing.

  • Work at first than .....

    Bought this last thanksgiving and almost 1 year exact it lost connection with my google home app , using google assistant to turn it off and on guess can’t expect much more from a product that was $10
  • Wish it wasn’t so slow

    Most times I open the app, I have to wait like 5 seconds before it will actually let me toggle my plugs. It will say “Unable to connect to network, please check your connection”. It’s incredibly annoying and makes me wish I got a different smart plug. It also should have an iOS widget so that I can toggle my plugs without even opening the app.

  • Great app

    This is super convenient! I fully recommend it.
  • Easy to set up

    Great app. Never come home to a dark home. Everything worked first time. Being disabled this new way of living is so much easier.
