  • Smart/Easy Life

    I absolutely love The plugs and the App. I can turn my lights on when I’m Almost home. I don’t have a smart home so these plugs work perfectly to turn on lights and fans. The app makes it easy to control everything. Great app!
  • Awful!

    This is the worst piece of technology garbage I have ever purchased. It took an hour to set up and then after a few days lost my WiFi connection. I have now spent another hour trying to get it working again, but it won’t connect. I pay for strong WiFi and have no other issues with other devices. Will take this back to Home Depot ASAP and wish I could be compensated fir my wasted time and frustration!

  • Not bad!

    Bought 3 plugs on sale for Black Friday. Easy set up.
    It would be nice if my wife and I could both log into the app, without kicking each other off when the other logs in. Also, the ability to save the password, or use Face ID would be helpful.
  • Wish I could stay logged in

    My wife and I can’t stay logged in on multiple devices. Works good but that would be a plus if we wouldn’t have to log in every time the other person wants to adjust the plug...

  • If you have issues setting up, try restarting your phone!

    Updating my review... I had some issues setting up my 6th device, and the customer care helped me! So if the app only shows you (tap to change) message in one of the steps that asks you to connect to a Wi-Fi (meaning you can’t see the Wi-Fi’s name in the app during in that step), it’s became of an iOS13 system bug. So if your iOS version is 13.1.3, just upgrade your system to the most recent one (iOS 13.2.3) or just shut down and restart your phone before the setup process if your iOS version is 13.2.3 already.

  • Only works on 2.4 closed network does not work with Apple

    Try to set up with Apple Extreme router and its not smart enough to detect 2.4Ghz net and complains 2.4 from ATT router is open network and cannot connect. Gave up trying to setup and returning to home depot. Microprint on box saying it needs 2.4 network.
  • Could use group control

    Overall I am happy with the app and the plugs. My only complaints are the lack of group control and no way to share control.

    1. It would be very useful to be able to control a group or groups of plugs at the same time.

    For example: 2 lamps on opposite sides of the room, currently you have to turn them on/off individually or run extension cords around the room from one plug. It would be nice to be able to group 2 or more plugs and turn the group on/off.

    2. No way to share control across multiple devices. If you try to login on multiple devices, you get logged out of the device you’re currently logged into.

  • A bit of a hazle to set up and not able to share with family members

    When I got this app the first time I was setting up I had a lot of issue trying to connect my network with the switch. I had to restart my phone in order to work properly after many unsuccessful attempts.

    Once I was able to set it up I do not see an option ti share with a family member so other can control the switch. Maybe I am missing it.

    Another issue I ran when using the app is setting the timers. For sume reason it was buggy and I couldn’t select the off and on options. The app has potential but needs a lot of work.

  • They Work!

    Once the issue with their “servers” was fixed I was able to create an account and get them set up pretty quickly and easily! Bought 5 total and all are hooked up working and even Alexa got it figured out! Great price for the convenience.

  • IPhone needs to be updated

    Ran into a lot of trouble trying to connect this to my WiFi, after figuring out I needed to update my iPhone to the newest version the app worked seamlessly.
