Too expensive service fee
They charges a service fee for managing utilities, but it is too expensive. My electricity cost was $39 and simplepay added $18 for only service fee. Moreover, the credit or debit card store fee is $3 per month, ridiculous7xjungx9
Never worked
I tried to have simple bills set up in August and they never worked until November. At that point I would just pay my bill straight to the city and I contacted them and they told me they closed my account. Well it turns out they didn’t because they keep contacting me about a bill I’ve already paid through the city. Terrible service.Show lessAlyssa1661
