Unable to deposit
Whenever I attempt to take a picture of a check to deposit, the app crashes. I can log in just fine, but I can’t make any check deposits.CheritaAxel
Blocked my account for no reason
One day at the end of the month my transfers started bouncing without warning. Took days to get ahold of someone who could help. After many phone calls, it turns out my email address had a dash in it and that made the banking team feel my business wasn’t legitimate (even though I provided all the official government docs they asked for). So I had to get a new email address to be allowed to keep my bank account. In the meantime I racked up over $100 in fees for bounced auto transfers while the account was locked and I had to go to my new office landlord and explain why my rent transfer failed. I keep getting an error when attempting to log in. I am able to log in via web browser but not App. It’s affecting my ability to deposit checks which in turn will cover other check I need to write; we all get the idea. As a small business owner it is critical I have access to desiring checks. No cool!

Absolute disappointment
While the interest rates offered are rather pleasant; the fact that I’ve been without app access on my iPhone for nearly a week with not much more than canned responses via their email support team, I’m beginning to quickly rethink using any of BlueVine’s services for any of my business undertakings in the future.Show lessJ. Cannot Login!
I’m having trouble using this app because occasionally, like the other reviews here, it just won’t let you login due to whatever error. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
Now i’m not able to login because the verification sms codes are not being sent to my phone! Contacted customer support but haven’t gotten a reply!Show lessgreyzoo
Do NOT deal with bank!!!
I lost access to my account twice in the past 2 months for almost a week each time.
I couldn’t do any deposits, customer service is very shady, they have no answer towards many issues.

Not efficient for business account
Constantly dealing with login issues, neither BlueVine or the Bancorp (the bank I’m assuming BlueVine is tied to) is not recognized by other online payment companies like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle so I am unable to make an account. App is crap
App is pretty crap. Constantly throwing login errors. If you have troubled you just get a canned response: “uninstall app, reinstall app, reset phone, try cell data, try wifi.” None of it works because the fault is in the programming of the app and not with any external force. In all of these years using an iPhone I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review on an app. This one takes the cake, and it makes it worse that it should be one of the most reliable apps you use considering it’s a bank account used to run your business. Unfortunately I’m going to have to begin looking elsewhere for a decent business account solution. It’s a shame because there is certainly promise here.Show lessBrianh 829

Our newest app version (8.7.0) has resolved the issue with the connection error message received on the sign in page. Upgrading to the newest version should enable you to login to the mobile app successfully. Low frame rate and crashes all over the app. You’re better off saving the website to your Home Screen. Same experience but at least you get more stability from safari.mr ify

Your better off going out and making new money while putting it sit for the money you already have to transfer . Stay away . I’m waiting for my funds to hit after 7 days and when they come I GObolonu
