Im not the most tec savy person, but I find the mobile app to be user friendly. Customer service is right there when you need them and very helpful. I don’t miss the old brick and mortar one bit. Thumbs up from me.blueviner
Horrible business account
They’re not even compatible with Cashapp. I tried to instant deposit $100 but it never came. When I called BlueVine that’s when they disclosed they’re not compatible and I have to wait 3 days. That’s something that should have been disclosed when I opened the account!Ree1098299861
Deposits take almost 2 weeks
What they don’t tell you is that it takes almost 2 weeks for a check to clear when deposit it. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they have no fees and you can earn interest on your money. Just be prepared to wait to access your money.Micksean007

Takes a week to deposit a check?
With all the technology today, and this bank claiming to be technology based, why does it take a week to have a check deposited to my account?

Updated App is 100 times better!
So the old BlueVine app was such trash it was unusable. Which surprised me for a mainly online bank that was specialized for businesses. The new app unfortunately has all these horrible reviews because of the old one, but it is every bit as usable as any other mainstream banking app (Ally, USAA, etc). Don’t mind the 3 stars average and go ahead and give it a shot.Show lessdeerman3000

I have deposited multiple checks, still taking 3-6 days to clear comparing to other banks that make partial funds available immediately and the remainder 24hrs after.
Going to move back to using chase mobile check deposits until this improves.I'M ALL TECH
Terrible
I have had this app, bank for my business for about 6 months and I will be switching banks ASAP. The app has mess up on my a few times where I will have to delete and redownload it. But the worst part is the customer service. I have had a couple issues with checks not being processed and the customer service was of no help. Kept blaming everyone and everything else and wouldn’t just help me in anyway shape or form. Do not recommend this bank at all. Go with a local bank or Kabbage.Show lessceejason21
