Not a bank! Small businesses beware
Obviously everything will work until it doesn’t.
2 times in the 4 months I’ve been a customer I’ve had funds withheld for greater than 10 days randomly by bluevine.
As a small business I can’t afford for my “bank” to hold my money randomly.
I was drawn in by the low fees and am now paying to consequences for trusting a tech company to do my banking.Show lessponyhomerepair
Worst Banking ever.
Do not use blue vine. Transfer take a week. Checks take a week. You call the customer people don’t care. No one can give you a solid answer. It doesn’t matter who you are they will burn youthewolf-3
They just closed my account
They closed my account without any explanation of why. There is money left in the account and customer rep on the phone doesn’t know how they will pay my money back. Wow! Bunch of thievesOksit
Bluevine can’t perform.
In the 2 months I was a bluevine client they could not deposit 3 out of 4 checks from one of my clients stating they could not validate the checks. Bluevine called my client and started asking about their banking information, never heard of a bank doing that before. I’ve had that client for 20+ years and know their checks are good, and their checks deposited just fine to my other bank. Bluevine told me to get my client to reissue the checks every time. Plaid is the ACH interbank transfer system BlueVine uses. It stinks. It took 5 days of pain to get an inbound transfer setup. When it doesn’t work (neither or my banks use it or work with it) you need a series of phone calls with your bank, which takes hours of back and forth, to get money into your account. I am already regretting my decision to bank with BlueVine and will be moving my business accounts before the next fail happens.Show lessRSS reader
Tooo long
Everything takes 3+ days to do with this bank. Ach transfers, mobile deposits, scheduled payments. As a SMALL business I can’t wait 1 week for a payment check to process through. I need those funds available quickly to pay my few employees.
Will be looking for a better business bank.

Delayed deposits
If you want quick access to your money this is not the way to go. It takes DAYS to get the money credited to your acct.T'jour
