  • Payment for Credit Card

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do not allow you to pay by credit card, but you can sign up for Autopay online. Autopay is free to use and has many advantages, including: Set it and forget it - After you set up autopay, you'll have peace of mind knowing you'll never miss a payment. Avoid Late Fees - Automatic payments are always made on time. Adjust Automatically - If your payment changes due to escrow changes, autopay will automatically adjust. We hope you'll give it a try.
  • Wish I could connect to budget apps

    The app works well and allow me to do all transactions and find information quickly. My only complaint is that this is the only account I cannot connect to my budget/money management apps and is annoying.

    I setup an auto pay and it didn’t submit

    Thank you for leaving us some feedback. To be eligible for autopay, you must be caught up on all previous months' payments & due for the current month. For example, to set up autopay for February you'll need to have paid January's payment & be due for February. Please note, you won't be able to schedule same-day autopay. If you're still having issues setting autopay up, please contact us at 1-800-2Cenlar.
  • Coming into 2023 user friendly

    The company haven’t been the greatest! Customer service could absolutely needs an update. However, this new updated site is user friendly, clear to read and navigate, also seems to provide tools in order to help the owners.

    What I would like to see in the near future, is better transparency from this company to its consumers. Better customer service interaction/communication, management to be more truthful and to actually return calls when indicated.

  • App does not work

    Just downloaded and there is no “register” or “Login” button as portrayed in the preview. Anything that looks “linked” is not linked to anything. Completely useless app right now.
