    Hello, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. In order to be placed on Autopay you would need to sign up for it.
  • Loan payment

    The date the loan payment is submitted should be the date it goes through. There is a lag time sometimes of 2-3 days after payment is made.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The cutoff to post payments the same business day is 9PM EST. If your payment has cleared your bank account but has not been applied against your loan, please send us a request to research the issue.
  • STOP Jacking With The Online App!

    Everytime I go to the app to pay my bill, you’ve interfered with the app that causes a struggle to open the account and make my payment. It usually leads to me having to reset my password. It’s annoying!

    Hello, thank you for your feedback and letting us know about the issue with your password. If your login credentials are saved to your iOS keychain vs. manually entering it each time, the keychain could be out of sync or not updating to the most recent password. If you're still having issues, please reach out to our support team at 866-224-0135.

  • Auto Pay Issue

    I enrolled in the ACH PAY on your website. Later I got a notice from you that the autoplay is removed. Again I enrolled in your system and called customer support to confirm my autopay. But your customer support is unable to confirm my autopsy. I don't want to miss any monthly payments. Very hard to understand your system as well as customer support.

    Hi Krishnakumar, it is a requirement that the name on your loan matches the name on your bank account when setting up Autopay. If the names do match, and it is still getting rejected, please reach out to our customer service at 1-800-2Cenlar or send us a secure message in the message center online.

  • Awful

    Your site and app won’t allow me to sync with mint. Literally ever other bank/mortgage/institution/whatever allows this.

    Update after developer response: Oh so NOW you are working on a solution? Lol ok I’ll believe it when I see it

  • Fix your app!

    Change your instructions in “Account Help”. I searched all over the site and app to try to “Manage Loan Information”. It is nowhere. It is waste of my time to have to call in when I should be able to change my address on the app or site.
  • Useless

    I have tried multiple times to download and use this app. It is almost impossible to get logged into, and then when I do, it won’t allow me to make a payment. I don’t even see the point in having it. don’t waste your time!
