I use the NEAT Mobile App everyday to scan my receipts.
It would be useful for the App to match vendors to categories that we choose. For example “Whole Foods” matched to category: “Groceries”…. Etc.
Also, the addition of the field: “Payment Type” in the Mobile App would also be useful.

We'll share your feedback about including this feature in the NeatBase plan and adding payment type to the Neat Mobile App with our developers. Enhancements to Neat often come as a result of customer feedback like yours. I scheduled a session with customer support and they answered several questions I had and walked me through operations I had questions on. I was happy with my experience.
Went to use the app today and there’s no cabinet with folder view. Search is required to find any files now. Help!

Hey! So sorry for the trouble! You seem to be experiencing a technical issue because our latest app version supports access to your file cabinet and folder structure. I recommend reinstalling the application to see if that resolves the issue. If you are still having issues after reinstalling, then please open a case here for more help: https://support.neat.com/customerservice/contact-support-teamI have used NEAT for years, but just discovered the Mobile app. My eyes are wide-open to the new possibilities for not only business purposes, but also archiving non-business documents (i.e. - notes scribbled on papers that I keep in a huge pile on my desk- gone!).
I was lamenting another product that did these same things, but was only available for PC. I use MAC. Little did I know that I already had THE solution on my computer for both PC and MAC!
Get NEAT and the NEAT mobile app today if you need to really “get it together”. It’s amazing!!!

Thanks for the 5-star review! We appreciate you choosing Neat!I would like to be able to default payment types for receipts when using the mobile app. At worst, I would like to be able to change the payment type within editing a receipt.
I would also like the mobile app to provide access to product, project, customer fields.
Please make reclassifying an image type and easier process (from receipt to invoice or document to receipt)
